Excellent Experience, 5 Stars on all aspects. Great service, value for money. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was loaded and well equipped. Owner was ready to provide all possible support. Food provided inside the accommodation was delicious and homely with the choices we want. The location is great- near paragliding site with amazing views. One can listen to birds entire day sitting in the balcony. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

Booked this homestay for 3 nights. I visited this place with my family. Initially I was not very sure but when we reached the homestay, it was very nice experience and everyone liked it a lot. Location is also very good. Bhimtal lake is on a walking distance. When you will open the door, beautiful green mountains welcome you and birds chirping can be heard all the time. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean. Kitchen is also functional with all the amenities. The host is also very polite and supportive, always ready to help out with any problems. He also helped us regarding itinerary for our trip in the Bhimtal and Nainital.

It was an awesome experience being here, the scenery the plants the flowers and mountains are just so dreamy and beautiful. There's just the peace you need here to take a break from work life. Boating and Paragliding personally was the most fun part. Other than that i just love each and everything here❤ . It's worth the visit.

Stayed here for 4 nights. Over expensive with basic amenities missing. Not worth it. Things which were bad: No cupboard, no dressing to get ready. No elec kettle, no toilet paper Very few utensils, very low water pressure in washrooms, basic spices missing in kitchen. Things which were okay: location near Bhimtal lake but not lake view, rooms and balcony space. I think they should work more on how to give their customers services worth the price they charge. Inquired a few nearby homestays, they were available under 3k, and this costed us almost double.

The house has a cook (chargeable) she really cooks very well, she prepared aloo paratha in breakfast at night we had dal rice matar paneer and roti, next day we had gobi paratha also dishes were cooked well and taste was yummy, I personally still can't forget the taste of maggi prepared on the last day, stay location is good, have shops nearby from where you can have groceries

This is place where you can relax and enjoy. The view is very scenic and you can feel the cloud by just sitting in Balcony. Rooms are very specious and clean. They are great host and make guests very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing and newly constructed property. The view from the property is amazing. Rooms and especially washrooms are very neat and clean. Location wise it is at a walkable distance from the Bhimtal lake and good cafes nearby. Hosts (complete family) are very humble and helpful especially hitesh ji, dinesh ji and aunty. They made sure we had a comfortable stay throughout the period. I will definitely recommend the property and will love to visit again. Best wishes always ❤

Do you love homestay? Looking for a place which is not a hotel disguised as homestay? Hitesh provides that. What you get is not just the stay but the look, feel and treatment of home. We used the upper portion of his home at Bheemtal and his parents living downstairs took great care of us. Of the total four nights at his place, we went sightseeing for two days, spent a couple of quiet evenings in his spacious verandah overlooking a small lush green valley while sipping tea made by one of us to our own taste, cooked our one meal-dinner a couple times in the kitchen: and all this while enjoying the serene natural beauty of Bheemtal. Hitesh also helped me in planning my entire 12-days' trip in Uttarakhand, suggested valuable tweaks to make it more meaningful, and kept in touch with me all along till the end of the trip: in short he treated us like not only his guests but guests of Kumaon to make our visit to the region a great experience.
