It is located at a good location, and we were satisfied with our stay. We had a 2.5 yr old kid who got sufficient space to run around inside the stay. There are great mountain views too. One thing to watch out for is to keep doors locked as monkeys are quite regular visitors in this area.

Cosy homes is surely a perfect place to be in when you are in dehradun. It is very easy to reach and the location is beautiful as the weather is always good in the area. There's ample parking space and the apartments are very spacious and clean. And definately it is worth the price considering how costly are the hotel rooms nowadays where you only get one single room for yourself.

Really loved the location of the place. its a nice airbnb built on the concept of studio apartments i believe, and as a budget accommodation offers a value for money package the only negative i can say is regarding the unavailability of TV in the room, the TV's are installed in the common area but other than that for budget accommodation this Airbnb/Hotel is really a nice option to explore. I would specially like to appreciate the behavior of Jasmeet (owner) really helpful and understanding, which is a rarity in Airbnb Owners. Overall I must say as a budget accommodation it is a nice place.

The location is perfect, service was perfect. Though there were only a few utensils in the kitchen, but the service guy brought us cups, spoons and plates that we needed. Kitchen area was spacious with induction, RO and fridge. One of the bedrooms had a couple of insects on the bed which was strange because the house was pretty clean. This was the best home stay we had among 3 that we stayed in dehradoon.

Made messed up decisions while booking this place on airbnb but the host is kind enough to get everything on track for a comfortable stay. Could write many words but saying many good words but for now I’ll just say my stay was excellent. 11/10

I love the place ambience and the mountain view is just what you would like to see every morning it's so beautiful. The host Jasmeet ji is such a gem of a person very responsive and very helpful.

Very peaceful stay, host is very kind and quick to answer as I have contacted him on odd timings and checked in quite early but he was present on single ring, very helpful and co-operative, clean rooms, with clean bedsheets exactly as shown in pictures...no disturbance during our stay, great location...highly recommended
