We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this holiday home in Dehradun! From the moment we made our reservation, everything was handled with such professionalism and care. A special thanks to Himangshu, who made the booking process seamless and ensured we had everything we needed even before we arrived. The villa itself was beautifully maintained and incredibly comfortable — a perfect blend of luxury and homely charm. The food deserves a special mention — Chef Sanjay treated us to delicious, home-style meals that made our stay even more memorable. Every dish was made with such love and attention to detail. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service provided by Rahman. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he always had a warm smile on his face. His dedication and hospitality made a big difference to our overall experience. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service and great value for money. One small suggestion for the owners — it would be helpful to have safes installed in the rooms for added convenience. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

The property shown in the picture is not same as the real one. Sheets are dirty.. walls have insects and it looked like the house was all damp and deceiving. Plus the road to the house was totally broken and the owner did not bother to inform this earlier. We wasted 3 hours of our time there and then we had to leave as the staff was obnoxiously ill-mannered. They were abusing the guest behind our back. If you don’t want to spoil your weekend or celebrations - Stay away from the property.

Really very bad experience. First road was broken to that place and the team didnt bother to inform us so wasted a lot of time trying to reach there. They have made muddy way to reach the place in which only 4x4 vehicles can climb. There was lot of miscommunication between the team. There were spiders in the room, bed sheet was dirty. And then they were insulting us in their personal chats. Seriously an experience which i never expected from a corporate group.

Extremely dirty and ill-mannered staff, misleading pictures, and a cramped space full of spiders. Absolutely no sense of customer centricity. Do not I say do not book this property if you don’t want to mess with you entire trip.

We had an excellent service with very friendly warm welcoming hospitality's . Highly recommended this to friends and family.Definitely worth more than 5stars . I am writing this review after a disappointing stay over the Holi weekend with a group of 10. Despite being promised a chef for all meals during our two-night booking, no chef was provided. Repeated calls to the owner yielded no resolution, and the individual identified as the chef stated he was prioritized at other properties. This lack of a promised amenity forced us to cook our own meals as nearby restaurants were closed for the holiday. The owner explicitly stated that other properties were more important. Additionally, the provided utensils were of very poor quality, rusty, and made of cheap plastic, necessitating the purchase of disposable alternatives. A caretaker also informed us that this property is typically not rented out and is usually used as staff accommodation, only being listed during peak seasons. To make matters worse, there was no privacy in the house especially in the first floor, the staff were continuously in and around the area. It felt like we were staying with the staff in their accommodation.We are extremely disappointed, having paid for chef services that were not provided and being explicitly told our booking was less important. We raised this with Staycationer, and despite assurances from Vishal, we have received no resolution or refund in the two months since our stay. We were even advised against writing a review in the hope of a refund. Due to the lack of response and unfulfilled promises, I feel compelled to share our experience. Potential guests should be aware that promised services may not be delivered, and the property may primarily serve as staff accommodation.
