Bhagirathi Homestay harsil

Stay was average. Provided food quality was bad and in limited quantity. 2 pranats per person limit with no extra buttor. No games were provided by the host even though they were playing it in front of us. He wasn't paying attention to our requests. No extra pillow was provided for the third person. No attached washroom.

We stayed there in Nov 23. Manto (owner) is a super host and a cool guy. The rooms are nice and clean. Food was fantastic , All basic amenities are provided. Could not have asked more from a home stay. Highly recommended.

I don't give 5 star easily but this place deserve it. Best place to stay. We were 5 person. And went when the crowd was not that much. The place was easily affordable and was clean. Food wise it was really really nice to have the food at the same place and is made by the owner and his family members. And the location was the best thing, right in middle of the village with parking for 5 bikes easily. Montu bhaiya (the owner) was really kind. A must in Harsil. Shubham and his family immediately make you feel at ease. I met them while working in the Himalayas. They cater to all of your needs, the rooms are beautiful, and the kitchen is constantly open. They serve wonderful food and you can also request local dishes. Harsil is still not overrun with tourists. If you want to spend some quiet time, Shubham's homestay is a fantastic option for the price and services they provide. I hope they get broadband soon because it's an ideal location for working from home. Shubham and his friend Raj will also organize your treks to Gangotri, Gaumukh Glacier, Kiyarkoti Valley, historic Gartang Gali, and Nelang Valley.

Best place to stay in at harsil. Good view of surroundings. A very good host and awesome food. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. I had a wonderful and honest stay, and it was exactly what I needed.

Good vibes and a great host. The cook Kavibhai is also chill. Great place to spend a few days off.
