I stayed here for almost a month, and from the beginning, I felt welcomed with a lot of care and safety at Sarthak’s house. Sarthak, as a host, made me feel like a brother. I will never forget the response he gave me when I was worried about safety; he said, 'You are coming home,' and that’s exactly how I felt living at Sarthak's house during this period: peace, love, and friendship."

This is one of the best Homestay in Tapovan Rishikesh. Let me start with the hosts Mr and Mrs Arora. They are the sweethearts , caring and you will feel that you arr staying in your own house. They provide common kitchen and " big Hall" where you can do Yoga or whatever. This place is surrounded by beautiful mountains view, Sun light moon light, air Everything is there. Very Peaceful place as its lil away from crowded area. Owner Himself make delicious food and searve with love in case you don't want to cook you can simply get it from them. Everything is best here. I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking a "home away from home" ❤

I don’t think I’ve come across kinder people. The accommodations was very clean. I switched accommodations many times during my visit to Rishikesh and was very happy when I arrived here. There’s also a beautiful baby who is a ray of sunshine. The beds are comfy . They have solar water heater so it gets warm and not hot so just be mindful if you come during proper winter . Also the yoga hall is very beautiful. They have plants !!! The owners artwork is throughout and is stunning . Thank you all again for you love and kindness

I've stayed at 12.22 the stay for more than 2 months and it's been amazing! The family are so welcoming and helpful 🙏 it feels like home away from home 🏡 the location is the best in Tapovan, it's away from the main street and all the noises, you can even hear a waterfall from your balcony 💦 there is a common kitchen on each floor so you can cook you own meals 👏 I had such a great experience staying there, highly recommend. I had the pleasure of spending a vacation in Rishikesh at 12:22 The Stay. The hosts could not possibly have been more gracious and hospitable. The rooms are clean and comfortable. RO water available in every Kitchen. Within walking distance to many wonderful local restaurants and shops as well as the Ganga. I would highly recommend this location if you are going to be in Rishikesh.

This is by far the best homestay you can find in Rishikesh! Sarthak and Nikki are lovely owner's who truly make you feel home. They're fun and easygoing, and helped with any of our questions or needs. We lived here for 10 months and really enjoyed it. 'A home away from home' is absolutely true for 12:22! The rooms are modern, comfortable and super neat. There's plenty of space in the yoga hall, the view from the balcony is mesmerizing and you're close to nature. I'd recommend this place anytime!

We stayed here for 1 week and it was worth. our Host was really amazing and ready to help for any queres like rental scooty,places to eat,places to visit and so on. Entire house is neat and clean and decorated with beautiful paintings . since we have booked 2 rooms they have managed to give us rooms with connecting balcony which was fun. basic amenities like utensils,gas is provided on every floor so you can cook if you want. There is waterfall near this place so please do visit it if you are planning to stay here.

In one word if I could describe how my stay at Barah Bais was, then I would say it was "Blissful". The location and the energy of the property was magnificent. If you're into Meditation, Yoga or Bhakti, you're gonna fall in love with this place. They have a beautiful Yoga room at the top where you can practice Yoga and meditation without being disturbed. Their food was truly "exceptional", it was pure Sattvic diet, just the way I wanted. You can also pre-order food based on your spice preferences, since I mostly eat Sattvic food, I was happy to get what I wanted. Most importantly, the food which is served was served with love, and its 100% homemade. You will feel like you're eating at your own house. The room was beautiful and the interiors were just gorgeous. I loved the fact that the room also had an attached balcony with a beautiful view. This helped me to recharge after some tiring work calls. The cleaning service was excellent, the sweeper ensured that my room stayed clean for the entire tenure that I stayed there. More than anything, the energy of the property is holy and divine, this helped me to intensify my sadhana. It's very rare to come across such energy at a new place. If you're ever planning to stay in Rishikesh, then I would highly recommend staying at Barah Bais. I bet you won't regret even a minute of your experience here. It's away from public traffic and noise, you'll be able to connect with your inner self in a peaceful manner. Sarthak and his family are the best host you can ever find in entire Rishikesh. I felt really bad leaving the property after a "Month" of stay (because I had planned my trip only for a month), from being a host, they ended up becoming like an extended family. PS : If you're a solo traveler (any gender), then you're at home here. You'll never have to worry about your safety. If you're on the path of spirituality, then this place is definitely for you. There is a beautiful stream that passes through this property, you can go all the way to the top and meditate.
