Corbet Hill Center River Home Stay

Great place to stay if you are a nature lover. Location is very beautiful and close to nature. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner(Ram Singh ji). Home cooked food was yummy. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Ram Singh ji for being a nice host.

Corbett hill centre river home stay is like second home to me. I have been here multiple times with friends and family. Ram singh ji is one of the most hospitable persons i have come across. This place offers variety of multiple home grown local cuisines with a spectacular view of mountains and lazy river. Absolutely mesmerising!!! See you soon Ram singh ji🙏🙏🙏

Wonderful riverside peaceful location amidst the dense forests of Kalagarh Tiger Reserve touching the boundary of Corbett Tiger Reserve. Absolutely divine place and you can literally see countless stars in the sky here . Besides enjoying the mesmerising beauty of this place, you will get a chance to hear regular alarms calls of Sambar, Chital and barking deers while enjoying drinks and bonfire right from your balcony on a starry night. If you are lucky, you may spot some wildlife too just near the property like Tigers, Leopards, Elephants, porcupines and some endangered species of birds just to name a few. A heaven for people who are avid birders. I was very lucky to spot a resident leopard and porcupine during my stay there. The hosts arranged Jungle safari for us and we had wonderful Tiger and elephant sightings But besides the pristine location, I would like to mention that its the hosts who make this a special place. We are regular vistors here since last 2 years. Ram Singh Ji and family took special care of us every single time pampering us with delicious home cooked meals prepared from naturally grown vegetables sourced from their own kitchen garden. A big fan of their local freshly cooked Chicken and Egg curry. There are multiple activities here to keep you and your kids engaged all the time. Ram Singh Ji took us on a wonderful trek inside the reserve forest and it was a thrilling experience since we could see the signs of movement of a Tiger and a herd of elephants on the same track just sometime back. He even took us to a location where there was enough water to take a dip and swim inside the pristine Palain river. We felt very special since it felt like we were bathing in our own private river. We could literally see countless fishes swimming inside the river and trust me this experience was way much better than a swimming pool inside some resort where you are always surrounded my multiple guests Pro Tips :- 1) This place is for you if you like staying in peace and love the natural sound of river streams and forests. Much better than staying in a resort on the Ramnagar side of CTR where everyone is just going after loud music 2) Since this is located near Lansdowne, weather is a bit more on the cooler side especially at night. This April, we came directly here from Dhikala FRH where it was very hot and started freezing upon arriving here at night. Check with the hosts regarding weather conditions here before travelling 3) Jungle safari is much more peaceful here since there are lesser number of vehicles in Sonanadi zone. Besides the chance to spot Tiger, elephants, leopard etc, I must admit this zone is a heaven for avid birders. I was able to watch multiple species of birds like the hunting flock, got a beautiful shot of Asian Paradise Flycatcher and saw countless groups of Khaleej pheasants moving on the safari route itself. I had never seen so many Khaleej pheasants before in other zones near Ramnagar 4) If you get a chance and have ample time, I would suggest taking a beautiful drive from Mohan near Ramnagar to this location through Pauri Marchula highway. This is one of the most scenic hilly routes inside Corbett Tiger Reserve 5) Do visit Lansdowne and Tarkeshwar temple which are very near from this location

Such a heavenly place! The river is right by the cottage with forest all around. The location is beautiful and amazing. What makes this place even more wonderful are the amazing hosts. They are good natured and caring. They cooked us delicious organic food everyday. The hosts also helped us with navigation when we were coming back from sightseeing as it had gotten late and dark. They made sure we reached safely back to the cottage. How kind! Even bonfire was arranged for us on demand. The hosts will take care of all your needs and requests! WiFi is also made available by the host. Such amazing treatment. The views, clean rooms and wonderful hosts made our trip unforgettable. Will come back for sure!

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. Location is absolutely wonderful. Owner Ram Singh ji and his family were very cooperative and friendly. My mother(85 yrs) was also with me. She too liked the place and the people very much. My children have already started planning for next visit. I would recommend the place to my friends and relatives.

Our stay at this homestay was awesome.Good ambience,good food and very helpful hosts.The whole family is ever ready to help you and make your stay comfortable. Host Mr Ram Singh believes in organic farming and served us veggies and milk from his farm. River flows hardly 50 meters from the property. Tall mountains across the river make the sight perfect.Early morning chirping of birds awaken you and feeling is blissful. Must visit !!
