Shri Ganga Mount View

My experience is good but after my trip completed, one of the person associated with this homestay whose name is Khushman, he approached me by asking me to send him money as he told that hotel owner's mother is not well and he has no money and owner is not reachable on the phone, It feels to me that he is in emergency so I helped him by sending him money immediately but after 1 month I asked to return money he refused and abused also on the WhatsApp chat (I took all the screenshots). This is very disappointing my humble request to everyone who is planning to stay there, be cautious to this person and requesting owner to dismiss this person if he really wants to maintain his reputation.

My stay in May 2024 was disappointing. Despite booking and paying in advance, the room rates were increased without notice. The owners were uncooperative and their behavior was unwelcoming. Additionally, there were no arrangements for vegetarian food, making it difficult for vegetarians like me. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this homestay due to poor customer service and lack of transparency.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I encountered several issues that detracted from the overall experience. The room was not as clean as expected, with noticeable dust and a lingering odor. The air conditioning was ineffective, making the room uncomfortably warm. Additionally, the staff seemed indifferent and were not very helpful when approached with concerns. There was a lack of amenities and facilities, with no pool available despite it being advertised. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

If I could give this home zero stars, I would. The photos online were completely misleading, and the reality was an absolute nightmare. Upon arrival, we discovered that the house was in a state of disrepair: the walls were peeling, the floors were dirty, and there was a persistent smell of mold throughout the entire property. The amenities listed were either broken or nonexistent. The "fully equipped kitchen" had barely any utensils, and the stove didn’t work. The heating system was faulty, making the house unbearably cold at night. The so-called "high-speed internet" was slower than dial-up, making it impossible to get any work done. Customer service was a joke. When we contacted the host about these issues, they were rude and unresponsive, refusing to address any of our concerns. It felt like they had taken our money and run. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. It was a complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

The hotel was very good this property need and clean and good location just near to khaliya top and parking also available in side. Room is mountain view food also good we will visit again this property .

The culinary experience was a highlight of my stay. Each meal felt like a taste of home, with simple yet flavorful dishes that reminded me of ‘ghar ka khana’. The tea and coffee were consistently delicious, providing the perfect start and end to my days of exploration. The warmth and friendliness of the host and staff added a personal touch to my stay. Their cooperative nature made me feel welcomed and valued, with no room for complaints. However, I would like to offer a couple of suggestions to further enhance the guest experience. A printed standard menu card in each room would be a great convenience, allowing guests to easily peruse and order meals. Additionally, providing slippers for the bathroom and towels would be a thoughtful touch, as many tourists prefer to travel light and may not carry these items. Overall, Shri Ganga Mount View Homestay is a gem in Munsiyari, offering a cozy stay, delectable food, and a friendly atmosphere. It’s a place I would recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway amidst the beauty of nature.

Very bad experience. Not preferred place to stay. Had an experience to vacate rooms in spite of prior booking with advance payment. Unhygenic rooms with poor room service, nobody is there whom you call.

The home stay located in beautiful location and staff was very co-operative… Mr Piyush ji maintained property very well. So must visit..
