Xomotel Bungalow Krishanya

Pls dont go by the photos shown. May be those are very old photos. Rooms are spacious I agree but currently very poorly maintained. No cleanliness at all. Far from the city center, rooms feel extremely cold and we asked for the heater and they provided us but not completely functional. Bathroom was not even cleaned before room was handed over to us. Lot of dust under the cot. Geyser also was not properly functioning. All the positive reviews seem to be totally fake.

I enjoyed the stay at Xomotel Bungalows Very much. The room was spacious and the view from balcony was amazing. The surroundings were soothing and peaceful. The staff were very nice and friendly. Food was good. It has parking and small garden area to enjoy the nature.

The surroundings were serene, providing a peaceful getaway from the city’s hustle. Mr. Manohar Sisodhia and staff was incredibly hospitable, ensuring every need was met. I particularly loved the outdoor seating areas, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of local and international options. Whether for a solo retreat or a family vacation, Xomotel Bungalows is the perfect escape. Highly recommended!"

Don't fall for the pics. Very dirty area. Cold by weather and energy. The moment you enter the Property you will feel the negativity due to dirty area, bad smell of food in restaurant and lack of cleanliness. The property is nothing like the pics.

Hotel Room : Are Big with Common balcony which is connecting three Rooms. Hence privacy may be an issue for some of you if you are looking for private connected balcony||Location: This Hotel is not on the roads which bring you to Nanital. But this hotel is after you enter Nanital you need to cross the Kumahu University and the Supreme Court area and after 3 km approx this Hotel will come.||Transportation: From this hotel to Nanital Naini Lake and Mall road is a problem . If you have own vehicle then okay.||Food : You will get breakfast and dinner as per what you want. Hence you need to tell them . Breakfast is not Ala Cart||Services By Harish Pahari is good. The Cook is just okay. Considering the location you have no choice of a restaurant near by .

Lastly, the staff at the xomotel Hotel did not live up to their reputation of being helpful and accommodating. Requests for assistance were met with indifference, and there was a noticeable lack of initiative in addressing guest concerns promptly. In conclusion, my experience at the xomotel Hotel was marked by subpar food quality, inconvenient location, and unhelpful staff. For those seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay, I would recommend exploring other options that prioritize customer satisfaction and comfort.

I had spent a few days at this Bungalow with my parents on our visit to Nainital. We were highly impressed by the neatness of the room, washroom, how well everything was equipped. Harish brother was gem of a person along with the rest of his team. We were always greeted upon entering the hotel and felt very welcomed. The only little hiccup is the location and we had to really search for the place and the entrance is very narrow. But the views are spectacular and balcony is a great spot to have your evening tea/coffee. We were very satisfied and will visit you again when we come to Nainital Harish Brother.
