IMPORTANT: If you’re planning to visit this hotel without your own vehicle, I strongly advise against it. The property is situated in a remote area, far from the main town. There are no nearby shops or restaurants, so you’re entirely dependent on the hotel’s food—which is overpriced. For example, a single small parantha costs Rs 50. Taxi fares are extremely high, and walking to the hotel is exhausting and impractical. We were a group of four healthy adults (ages 27 to 33), and even we found the experience physically draining, which significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the trip. While the hotel in-charge, Panditji, is polite and helpful, the owner (whom you’ll only ever speak to over the phone and never meet in person) is unreliable. We stayed at the property for two nights and had initially requested to shorten our stay by a night due to the hotel’s remote location. He refused and insisted we stay, citing peak season and the fact that we had already paid him an advance (as per his request under “Pay at Property”). After arriving, we discovered that he had canceled our original booking on the platform without informing us and made several false promises. As a result, our booking was marked as a “no-show” on Booking.com, which prevented us from leaving a review there—so I’m sharing our experience here on Google. In summary: This property is not suitable for families or anyone without private transport. The remote location, lack of nearby amenities, high transportation costs, and misleading management made for a very disappointing experience.

We stayed at this home stay in Naitnal, far away from the city. The location was nice, but commuting was hard. We asked a person there to arrange bikes but he charged us too much. He said it was because the bike provider would pick us up and drop us off. Our advice: check bike prices on Mall Road before renting. This will help you avoid getting overcharged.

Comfortable stay. Away from mall road and all the bustle. Involves a tad bit of climbing. The staff was polite and well behaved. Food was also good. Recommended.

Hi.. I stayed today at the guest house. The food was great and tasty. The manager was very polite and well-behaved. He took care of us very well. We felt like home saying in your guest house. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Well recommended for staying. The rooms were clean and neat and fresh.

The stays is very good and the rooms were to good. The food also very good. Pandit ji the caretaker have ready to help on time in everything. The food he make was/is very good and freshand available at late night also.I suggest to to stay here to get whole experience of nainital with bonefire. The supporter honey have helped in various things to meet ontime.

Stayed at Hotel Naina Greens in first week of June 2018. It is excellent place to stay at affordable price even in season time. The owner (sh. Manoj ji) and staff (Sh. Lalit Ji) of the hotel was very cooperative and polite.The room and toilet was neat and clean. The location of Hotel is very Good. It is just outside of main crowd of Nainital therefore it is neither in crowded place nor far away from center point and having peaceful environment. You can park your vehicle here. however it is not official parking of Hotel, but parking place is there. It is important as Parking rates in Nainital is Rs 118/- for a Day (12 Hours). The verity of food was limited, however sufficient for those who want home like food, but whatever was available was very delicious. The kitchen of the hotel was neat and clean and punctuality was there in delivery of food. We took only breakfast (Delicious Aaloo ke Paranthe) there as at lunch / Dinner time, we were enjoying outside and were not available at Hotel. This Hotel is very much recommended to stay from all point of view.
