My room was spacious, neat and clean with a beautiful view of the lake. The helper, Deepak, was very helpful and polite. The room was located exactly as shown on map, please note that it's definitely a climb to the hotel, short but slightly steep climb.

Property is located at very steep hill. You have to climb straight. Rooms are stylish but no fans in room. Nobody was there to attend. No proper reception or host there. Just one guy who is always confused. No kitchen or food options available. Overall this is not a hotel it’s a homestay without any services. Not recommended at all.

Very stylish rooms, great location, beautiful views, great staff. Most friendly and helpful owner ever. To top it all home like finger licking food which leaves content to the core.Everything about the stay was exceptional. Cleanliness was to the core. Absolutely immaculate. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Very pleased with my stay.

Me and my wife stayed here, and checked in late. The service was wonderful, and received all the services humbly. The lake view room is a delight to wake up to. We received all the services, timely and with humble response. I recommend everyone to give this hotel a try😃

The stay was comfortable and rooms were clean and hygienic. Property, which is a house turned into a hotel now, is a little uphill however, it is near to Naini Lake with a good view. We rented a scooter for 3 days (day and night included) which made our commute very easy. We stayed here on our recent visit and most sightseeing places are also within 2-3 kms of the hotel. The host, Anurag and staff are pleasing and good people. We enjoyed our stay here and it was overall a good experience.

This place is too far from the parking and there is no space for car parking. Also the owner never picks your call after taking advance payment. Do not book if you cannot walk or climb. Not worth booking, price is too high to book.

location of the hotel is amazing, its in the heart of nainital, still away from the rush and crowd. amazing view from rooms window. 100% recommended.

Service was good. Anurag has been very helpful and kind. Property( house turned into hotel) is little uphill, away from the main market and far from the Mall Road. Backside rooms have no proper ventilation and the curtains are home to many insects. Lake facing rooms are fine but two rooms are actually connected separated by a door. Worst part is the door has a keyhole (make sure you cover it with a tissue :D) and not sound proof so you can even hear the whispering from the other room. Washrooms have no proper drainage and lake facing room has separate washroom outside the room which is frustrating.
