Anandam Home Stay - Rishikesh

Me with my family stayed there from 6th to 10th November 2024. The room was littler smaller but nicely maintained and with a small kitchen. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room was well ventilated and with a small bancony.The property is just 100m away from the main road from where one can get auto/bus/taxi easily and is well connected to the market. The house owner was nice person and I enjoyed staying there for 4 nights.

The owners were extremely unprofessional and rude. I had booked a one-day stay but, due to a serious issue, I couldn't go. When I called to inform them about the cancellation, the lady started abusing me. I explained that I was unable to cancel the booking, but she continued to shout and insult me, claiming that I had wasted their booking. Despite my requests to stop, she persisted with her abusive behavior, prompting me to write this review. It's disheartening to experience such poor customer service. How can someone speak so rudely without knowing the circumstances of others? Businesses rely on customers, so it's essential to prioritize good customer experience. The room was clean and spacious. The owner was friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 3 days. All the places to see are nearby. Best place to stay in Rishikesh.

Anil bhaiya and bhabhi has put their best effort to make the stay comfortable and take away best experience with you. Their nature will make you feel like home, very safe for girls. I highly recommend anyone to have a stay here.

Absolute gem! Located perfectly near Janki Jhula, this is managed by a family who lives opposite to this place. The host family is very helpful and guides you very well on places to visit. The room had modern electric fittings, including a kitchenette with induction cooktop, all basic stuff to cook maggie, tea/coffee. The bathroom was large and very clean.

Great rooms at reasonable price with wifi. Even cooking appliances and dishes are available for convenience. Great wifi service. Just no provision of restaurant. It's worth the money but it's a bit in the interiors.

I stayed here for a month.This homestay is excellent particularly owners Mr Anil and madam Seeta. We will never forget their pleasant smiles and hospitality who are always ready to help by providing services of hired vehicle, tiffinwalah and maid.
