Very luxurious, hygenic, well maintained property with good views. We got it for a very affordable price and had the entire place to ourselves. You have everything you need just there. They also have their own restaurant which serves delicious food. Their staff is always there to help and are very professional and dedicated. This place is a little far from town but if you have your own vehicle then its totally accessible. Definitely recommend staying here.

Our stay at ITvara’s Luxurious Penthouse in Rishikesh was absolutely delightful, even though it was for a short period. The location is ideal, with just a short walk to key tourist attractions and the major ghats where we enjoyed the beautiful Ganga aartis. The property is luxurious, with clean and spacious rooms that made the stay for our large group exceptionally comfortable. The terrace offered breathtaking views of Rishikesh and the serene Ganga—perfect for relaxing and soaking in the beauty of the city. The hospitality was outstanding. The caretaker was incredibly supportive. The highlight of our stay was the delicious food prepared by the cook tailored to our preferences. I highly recommend to those looking for a luxurious yet homely stay in Rishikesh. It’s a perfect place for a memorable trip, even if it’s just for a short visit. We would love to come back!

Such a bad place managed by ivtara the most unprofessional rude people I have come across in my life ,experienced worst stay of my lifetime we got late by hour as we got stuck in traffic jam had a 3 month old baby with us they locked their door from outside we have to call police to get our luggage back .Don't ever book this property

One of the best properties to stay in if you want to stay near ghat. Excellent view of Ghat and mountains plus walkable distance from the Main ghat. Host is so cooperative and gave us an early checkin and late checkout without any additional charges. Staff was very helpful too and went out of their way to help us in every possible way. Out of all having your own penthouse for a weekend beats the experience of any hotel no matter what.

iTvara penthouse is great place to stay. It was the best experience staying there.Location was very beautiful , place is very well maintained. Home cooked food was yummy . We loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place, and love to visit again.
