Amazing stay at the Cliffside Manor. Setting is absolutely serene, food from chef Bablu's kitchen is lip smacking. Although he is an expert in all sorts of cuisines, a special word of praise must be extended for the Bengali dishes he prepares. Any Bengali traveller who has sites around Mukteshwar in his/her radar, should not think twice before booking this property. There are five rooms of varying sizes to choose from. One must do due diligence in choosing the right room. We stayed in the room named "Koray" which is spacious enough. Thanks Bablu, Uday and co. for the good memories. Keep up the good work. Bablu Uday and Naveen hosted us extremely well. Hospitality is excellent and to top it they are very warm and friendly. The food is a delight to have and the stay is a quaint one in the hills of Mukteshwar! Hoping to come here again, especially for the good homely meals.

Please avoid this property if you dont want to spoil your vacation, specially if you are travelling with family or female member. I have booked room here for 3 night from 16th june 2024 till 19th june 2024, but due to horrible experience I have to leave the property the 2nd day itself. My whole vacation was spoiled. This property is not at all couple friendly as they are advertising. Entry / exit of all rooms is through a common drawing room / hall. Other rooms was booked by a group consisting of all male members. From noon till late night they occupied the drawing room and they were continuously drinking alcohol, smoking cigarettes / hookah, and listening to loud music. It was like a gas chamber due to cigarette smoke. It was a very awkward situation for us to enter / exit our room through the same drawing room. We were literally locked in our room. Just imagine how you would feel if you were sharing the property with some unknown male members who are doing this kind of stuff continuously from noon till late night. Staff were helpless. They were unable to ask them to party outside on the lawn or in their room. Common area of the property was meant to be utilized by all guests and it was literally no use to use. It was complete mental harassment for us. Decide for yourself if this kind of environment is safe for female members. Better to avoid this kind of property.

Hello mam I would like to tell you that you should frequently visit Sathkhol. Because your team is not that mature to know how to serve breakfast, the room was clean, but there were some spider webs after telling your staff, and they also did not clean it, and there was an open packet of biscut, which was on the side table. Also, I had to ask for the toilet paper twice. The most ridiculous part was in the name of breakfast. Your team served us one aloo paratha and two slices of bread with butter and curd, and within 5 minutes, the boy came and asked to clear the table. I told him that no, we would only get one paratha. Then I told him to please make a few more parathas, and they took 20 to 25 minutes to cook. I dont know what kind of service they provided; they did not even ask us for tea or coffee, and I already told you people that this is a birthday celebration visit, which is still not good. Your team ruined the birthday morning, and your tea is for 125 rupees. Your menu is very overrated. The portion size matters. The restroom was good. The bathroom was good. The balcony was very small. And this all happened when we were the only guests on your entire property. After satying with you, we visited Diviyam by Byloo. It was fantastic—the staff, the rooms, the meals, and also the beautiful decoration with cake—but your services were up to par; it was 2/5 and Byloo was 5/5. In front of you, I have visited Avvas BnB, Zostel Homes, Hostel, GoStops, Paatlidun Safari Lodge, and many more hotels, resorts, and homestays. I already told you I am from a tourism background, but you did not take it seriously. I would have helped you in providing bulk bookings, but no worries, just have a look, and please, I request that you seriously visit your hotel to check whats going on.

We are very thankful to cliffside manor, stayed here last few days ago. Wonderful views and and place. Rooms are clean and staffs also good. All total we are very satisfied. I want to visit once again. Thank you cliffside team.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Cliffside Manor .The place is nestled in the hills & on main road itself. They serve a variety of delicious cuisines. The staff is extremely cordial (especially master chef Bablu) and aims to fulfill all your requests .It is an absolute treat to be here any time of the year.

We had a lovely stay at Cliffside Manor. Babloo is a great manager who took care of us. Pawan also helped us a lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable.. the food was freshly made on request. Thank you for the lovely time we had.
