Windchimes Homestay

Booked this property for 16 and 17 jan. It was a perfect home stay repeat perfect. You will feel at home at al times. Guidance for darjeeling tour/taxi arrangements etc. Akansha is a beautiful host.her mom prepares very delicious food. If I have to visit darjeeling again it will be her home cooked food and cooperative family.I wish all the best to them.

We had a great stay at Windchimes Homestay. Uncle and Aunty made us feel like we are at our own home. We travelled with our 2 years old daughter and all her needs had been well accomodated with smiles. The view of the valley from the terrace is awesome. We could see Kanchenjunga range from the balcony and from our window as well. The mall is just 10/12 minutes walk. We didn't have much trouble to carry our kid uphill for 600 meters. We'll definitely come back here.

Very nice view from room and also from balcony..Very good behaviour of Akansha and uncle aunty also... Specially Bira,,,❤️❤️❤️❤️...Bira We miss u a lot...Food was very healthy and tasty also..

This place opens doors to a scenic view, if you're lucky and the weather is clear you can even see kachenjunga! We had a peaceful stay with hygienic rooms, delicious and hot food served at minimal rates. Overall it was a nice feel-at-home experience and kind-hearted owners who treat you exceptionally well

Rated 5/5 What an amazing host and hospitality. I and my wife were totally overwhelmed by the warmth of Aunty and Uncle as host. This homestay is like a home away from home if you are visiting Darjeeling. We simply have no negatives.. Quality of Rooms, View and Food were all upto our total satisfaction and so was the kind and lovely behavior of Aunty and Uncle. If you are looking for a homestay in Darjeeling(near chowrasta/mall road), dont think twice and go for it. You will not regret it! Thanks Aunty and Uncle for Hosting us :-)

A wonderful homestay at Darjeeling. Just 10 minutes walking distance from Mall Road. The view from the top was just spellbound. Very nice behaviour and such a nice human being. I enjoy a lot..

Let me start with the rooms.. so cozy that you truly feel at home. Hospitality is 5/5. Uncle and Aunty are very polite and helpful. They take care of you as their own. View of Kanchenjunga os mesmerising(on a clear day) and Mall road is walkable(steep uphill - but that will allow you to gorge on lip-smacking Street food guilt free!!). Absolutely recommend this place 👌

A great experience we had in windchimes. A home away from home. A lovely view is there from the terrace and also food is good. Overall it's great. Would definitely visit again.
