This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. They are in business of cheating people. The online photos of the place are fake and the scenario at the property is completely different. It looks highly unsafe and the manager and employees at hotel also don't speak and respond well. we had to stay for the night as we are a family with a kid. We dropped the plan of staying for another day as per booking and moved to a homestay near by which was way better with similar pricing.

Service and hospitality are very bad . Please don’t come Beds not good and comfortable only view is good.

In one word - Worst hotel I've ever seen. Rooms are horrible, specifically bed, furnitures and toilets are disgusting. All the Staffs are useless fellow. Could not stay a single night ,Overall a horrible experience for a night. It was booked for 2 day's by travel agent but we changed this hotel in the very next morning.... Please be careful while booking this property.

Nodoubtly a wonderful good experience in sala trees hotel . Staff behaviour and guideline is too much better. Visit Darjeeling stay at sala trees without fear.

Worst hotel I have seen in my life.... There is window without lock, window is binding with rope. Hawkers can easily came to your hotel can can disturb you any time

Overall experience avarage hotel for stay only 2room only Kangchenjunga view room but room quality not good, Tv not working , Geyser not working properly, service also not good, Hotel stuff beaver not good at all. Room heater charges 500/night , Food also quite expensive. Hotel to Darjeeling mall distance 10-15min walking.
