Shalom inn homestay

We booked 2 rooms.. The view from the rooms is very good. Also from terrace... It feels wonderful to have food on terrace.. V were very well greeted by aunty and sons (owner of guest house), also we were served with good and tasty food.

It was an awesome experience, regarding rooms and their room service with is top notch.. We loved the food they provided us, specially the owner Neelam mam and their house keeping staff everyone was truly amazing with her homely gesture, and serving their guest with smile.💕😊 Shalom in homestay is truly recommendable place to stay for families and bachelor and everyone to get the immensable experience in the mountains by creating their happy memories in the journey.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Shalomm Inn in Darjeeling, and I can't say enough about the incredible experience. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the impeccable service throughout my stay, everything was just perfect. The staff at Shalomm Inn went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious. Not to mention, the breathtaking views from the hotel were simply the cherry on top! A huge thank you to the team at Shalomm Inn for their outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Darjeeling and can't wait to come back!

Located very well, a walk away from Mall road, beautiful view from the rooms. Hospitality is at its best here, like a home away from home. Grateful for all the help provided during our son's illness while on vacation. Food was very tasty , there wasn't any water scarcity. Wish you all the very best and hope to see you again ❤️🙏

We booked all the 3 rooms, 2 were good but one room was tiny, no windows and bathroom was leaking. Food was not that good, and not enough for nine people they served 7 eggs. And the worst part is that we booked for 4 days but on the 3 rd day , at 5.30 am in the morning the owner Neelam Gurung asked us to empty one room by 8 am. That was very unexpected and unethical. One request, pls don't get carried away by her smile this lady can do anything for money.

It is the best home stay in any hotel & owner of home stay Neelam Madam is very nice. Her behaviour is very good. First we are reached in 31st March 2023 at 2.00 pm her welcome is very nice. The room of home stay is very very good. The mountain view room is very nice and i surprised. Room decoration is very nice total clean and clear. Also Toilet No water problem and hot water. FOOD : very very tasteful and reasonable price. First of all her food service very good and much quantity. One word we are definitely going to visit Shalom Inn again. Thank you Neelam Madam for making our stay and vacation wonderful.

Excellent experience in staying such a good quality of home stay. Very good location and great mountain view from the room and terrace. Excellent quality of foods and tea. Great hospitality received from Neelam Ji. She is always ready to help the guest. Overall a very good experience. We were staying here from 1st April to 3rd April.

A very good homestay. The owner of the hotel is also very friendly. Near Mall Road. Suitable for children. They give children food on time. So there is no problem with children. Very healthy place. I will stay at this homestay next time I visit.
