Blue Orchid Premium Homestay

Drive through hell to reach the heaven.. that's how I will sum up my stay there. The road leading to the hotel is very steep and worn-out. Both our cars got scratch mark while driving in there. The parking space available is horrible too. You have to take turn into the hotel gate from a 45 degree road to another 45 degree elevation the other way. Everything else in the property is awesome. The rooms, the food, the staff are excellent. We were a group of 10 with another 3 kids and we had a good stay there, but reaching there was a task for us. Will recommend the stay only if you are a good driver or have hired a good driver.

We had a wonderful experience in our 4 day stay here. Rooms are spacious with good view and super clean, breakfast options were too good.Food very tasty.Very courteous staff and quick response. We will definitely choose this stay again.

AMAZING!! Beautiful Property and Very Helpful Staff. We found and chose this property after going through at least 10 to 15 properties. We planned a reunion in the month of June,2024. We were 11 Adults (All Girls) and 10 Children (Age ranging from 2-4 years). Imagine looking for a pocket friendly property for these many people. So many things to keep in mind, specially since Kids were involved. We need at least 10 rooms, Good rooms, ample space for kids to run around, Good Food and safe surrounding as we were all Girls. Blue Orchid Premium Homestay gives you all that!! Its very difficult to find that perfect stay specially during Peak Season time, but i guess we were Lucky enough. We had booked the whole property for 2 Nights. This homestay catered to all our requirements and took care of the kids very well. The rooms are beautiful and their Lawn has an amazing view of the mountains. They have books and toys for the kids. The Food was superb and the hospitality was the best. They made our trip memorable. My friends and I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a Premium stay in an offbeat place.

What a fantastic home stay hotel! Felt just like home. The rooms are beyond comfortable, the staff are super friendly and services cannot be better. The asymmetrical design was really impressive and the property exudes the heart, love and detail put into every corner of the place. The food was really delectable. No plastic bottles were provided for water instead only glass bottles - kudos for that! The views are breathtaking and if you are lucky to have a cloud less day, you would be able to see the Kanchanjunga. It an amazing weekend getaway and much much recommended.

It was an amazing experience from start to end during our three nights stay in Blue Orchid Premium Homestay. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, thanks to the attentive staff who made sure all our needs were met. Entering our room, we were immediately struck by its immaculate cleanliness and modern design. The attention to detail was evident, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. The room boasted stunning views of the city skyline, adding an extra touch of luxury to my stay. Throughout our time at the hotel, we were consistently impressed by the level of service provided. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, whether it was arranging transportation or recommending local attractions to explore. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made me feel like a valued guest. Karaoke performed by them definitely added some excitement to our hotel stay and we highly appreciate the level of hospitality and efforts they made to entertain the guests. Special thanks to Mukul(F&B), Nitesh(Recp), Nagen & Subham(Kitchen) and Dichen(Housekeeping). Overall, our experience at Blue Orchid Premium Homestay in Kalimpong exceeded all expectations. From the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service, every aspect of our stay was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly unforgettable experience.

My family and I visited Kalimpong over a weekend and stayed at this tastefully designed homestay/hotel The staff is super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate any special request. They even arranged for a live music night and barbecue for us. My 3 year old nephew couldn’t get enough of the milk shakes. Their cold coffee was delicious and Indian/Nepali cuisine is finger licking good. The rooms here are very hygienic and cozy. It has all the required amenities to make the stay comfortable. There is a small library at the top floor and few games like puzzles set, foosball for kids/toddlers too. Our stay was very relaxing and would love to visit again. Strongly recommend to those interested

I wanted a quiet, peaceful, rejuvenating and well catered holiday when I went to Kalimpong this time and I got just that at the Blue Orchid Homestay. Visuals don’t do justice to the experience, hospitality and vibe of this place. I’m back so relaxed and rejuvenated. The entire place is done up very tastefully with beautiful luxurious rooms, serene views, delicious local cuisine and the warmest staff ever. The staff is well trained. They pay attention to detail and see to it that you have a comfortable stay. If you’re planning to explore Kalimpong, I highly recommend you stay at Blue Orchid as it is located in the heart of the Kalimpong and provides the best stay in town that will definitely meet all of your requirements. I loved it.
