Thapa Homestay

Service and food is top notch. Both Mr. And Mrs. Thapa took very good care of us. The terrace also offers a very nice view of the Kanchenjunga on a clear day. Definately worth a stay, would recommend.

Located very close to Kurseong Station and market. Rooms were very large and well decorated. Lovely view from the terrace. You can also go to the tea garden behind the homestay. The owners were humble,honest and very helpful. Food and service was outstanding. I would go there again if I visit Kurseong.

We are stay 09 October & 10 October with 7 family members . Homesty location interior from road. Very good hospitality.Rooms Bed & Blanket are very clean. Second floor one room very very spacious & well decoration in front of Tea garden view .

Me with my wife and son visited Thapa Homestay on 14.08.2024 and stayed there upto 17.08.2024. We enjoyed the stay very much, Mr. and Mrs Thapa were too good with their behavior and their kind and prompt hospitality. The food was good.The view from the room was just heavenly,kanchanjanga range and the greenery of the tea estate was just amazing. Also to mention their pet dog Jullie..sweet and cuddly, playful and obedient. Longing anxiously to make an opportunity to visit again.

Decent Homestey located near Kurseong station, market. Pros - 1. The location of homestey is good. 2. Nice view from the top floor room. 3. The decoration of the room is very good. Cons - 1. You have to walk 50-80 mtr in a very narrow & broken road to enter the homestey. 2. The behaviour of the owner is not so good. 3. There is no geyser in the washroom. Overall a decent Homestey with a nice view.

Have visited this place, the view from the balcony is Absolutely Breathtaking and the Hosts are very nice and they have a very cute pup names "Judy ". The food is amazing and the over-all experience feels so comfortable. Stayed there for 5 days straight and i wish i could stay more.

This Homestay really feels like home. First of all, Mr. S. S. Thapa is a gentleman. He makes the visitors feel like his own people. The room given to us was the best room in this whole building, it was on the terrace, with 2 doors and 2 windows. There were 2 beds, 4 people could comfortably sleep there. The food is very well cooked by Aunty and she takes care of general things too. The room rent and the food prices are decent and there are no complaints at all seeing the quality of the room and foods. The sunset and the Kanchenjunga both can be seen from the terrace. 5 out of 5 stars for everything about this Homestay.

If you are planning to visit Kurseoung this is the best Homestay to stay. Both thapa uncle and aunty are kind. Try to book the room in their terrace. It has a great view. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Thapa aunty cooks great food. It just feels like home cooked food and beverage even better. You will not regret staying at this Property.
