Green Tara Homestay

Anuroop Lama, the repercussionist, guitarist and singer sang for us on the first night. An out and out gentleman with a soft demeanor is a wonderful host. So is his affectionate family. Her mother, a great cook, ensured that we did not miss home food. We spent two great nights there. Looking forward to more. Highly recommended. Thank you, Anuroop!

Our experience at the GREEN TARA HOMESTAY was very lovely. We stayed there for a night on our trip to darjeeling from Tripura. They were extremely hospitable and welcoming. They didn't miss a single chance to help us in any way possible. I'd highly recommend going for this homestay. 🤗

The owners of the homestay are really wonderful and welcoming. You can ask for advice on sightseeing, taxis and whatever it is you need. English also excellent (good for a western traveller like me) and they are easy to relate to.

Most humble people with great hospitality and amazingly the owner is a musician himself and you will love everything there. Surrounded by mystic Mr. Kanchanjunga view in one side and mesmerising eagle Craig on the other side and you will also see the view of Mirik at your 90 degrees.. much recommended.
