Service: Exceptional ! The hosts were incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From all our needs were met, their hospitality was outstanding. Behaviour: The family running the homestay was extremely polite, respectful, and welcoming. They treated us like their own, making us feel at home with their genuine care and friendliness. Food: The meals were absolutely delicious ! Prepared with fresh, local ingredients. The breakfasts were hearty, and the dinners were unforgettable. Family Manner: The hosts made us feel like part of their family. Their warmth, generosity, and willingness to share stories and local tips added a personal touch to our stay. It was more than just accommodation—it was an experience of true homestay culture. Overall Experience: Mirik Homestay is a hidden gem ! Staffs are well good.. specially Rupak ji..well good person..all are ok..but they charge @1650/- per day non ac room that's too costly ....they didnot provide any fan or Ac inside the room ..no TV for entartainment for guests...service and food quality well but too expensive . Rupak ji is a good person who maintain this homestay for his well behaviour . But the honour used fan and tv but not for guest .. overalls good but not well..

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful place for your stay in Mirik, this property is your answer. Overlooking the hills and a portion of Mirik lake, you can enjoy your cup of tea or coffee. The lake is at 15 minutes walking distance from the homestay. The hosts are very kind and helpful. Anything you need , they are just a phone call away. The place is very well maintained, beautifully decorated with all kinds of flowering plants. We loved the homecooked meals. If you want a car with driver for pick up and drop from NJP and sight seeing, the hosts can get that arranged for you. I stayed here for 3 days with my parents and we enjoyed every bit of it. Warm beds, kind hearts and beautiful sights , what else do you need for a lovely holiday .

BEST HOMESTAY!!! when I tell you best I mean it, the behavior of these people here is amazinggg.. Like they are so sweet and very kind too... The staffs here are very very friendly and convenient.. The prices of food is high though compared from market but for night stay it is good❤ Overall people are nice, room is good but you have to walk to the bathroom, view from the rooftop is nice and the staffs are well maintained

Loved the place. Impeccable Service and behaviour. Extremely sweet spoken and polite hosts. Rooms are clean. Bathroom amenities have room for improvement. The jet water spray has extremly low pressure. Everything else felt perfect. Location near to mirik lake is spot on. Takes 5min walk downstairs from the property to reach the lake. Away from the loud hustle bustle of the touristy Lake, this property offers a peaceful rejuvenation. The best part of this place is their home cooked food. It is personally cooked by the hosts. Thank you for the amazing experience. Highly recommend this place. Visiting soon again.

A Perfect Homestay Experience in the Hills! I had a truly wonderful experience at this Mirik Homestay. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was staying with family. Rupak, and other staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and always went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable. His hospitality truly made the stay special. The food was absolutely delicious — just like home! Whether you're a vegetarian or a non-vegetarian, this place is a gem. They prepare meals with care and love. For vegetarians, separate utensils are used for cooking, which shows how thoughtful they are. And if you love non-veg food, you're in for a real treat — it was some of the best I’ve had during any trip. Rupak also helped me plan a perfect local itinerary, making sure I didn’t miss out on any must-see spots around Mirik. His knowledge of the area and willingness to guide made my trip smooth and memorable. Overall, the stay was completely worth the money. I enjoyed every moment in the serene mountain surroundings, felt at home, and made great memories — all thanks to this homestay and Rupak’s genuine care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and homely getaway!

One of the best features is the sitting area on the top, which provides a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. It’s a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The food is simple, light, and less oily, just like homemade meals, which is perfect for those who prefer a healthy and homely touch to their food. A word of caution for those driving their own vehicle—the homestay has a parking space, but the road leading up to it is steep and requires experience in hilly driving. If you’re not confident in steep climbs, it’s better to park elsewhere to avoid any trouble. New drivers should be extra cautious.
