Bhai Go at you own risk. Service very bad. Way to this place is totally off-road. If you're not a good driver don't prefer. Food quantity is too low and taste worst.

Need to maintain it, from time to time. Location and view are good. The manager cum caretaker well behaved. But all other amenities are far away from the location.

Golden Sun view homestay is a nice and cozy hotel 5 mins away from Mirik taxi stand. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and tidy. Senior citizens may find it difficult for coming here as the road and stairs are steep so physical fitness is required. The food is very delicious. You have to order early and they will cook it for you. The staff are very kind and generous. One thing is that the owner asked for an extra 100 bucks for service charges after hearing that I booked the room through MMT.

I was lucky to find this kind of service in Mirik. Pros : The hotel is placed in a perfect place where you can easily enjoy the nature and the landscapes without being disturbed by the road traffic. The rooms are well lit, the beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and tidy and best of all is, the view of Mount Kanchenjunga is visible very clearly along with the forest canopy over there. The Mirik Lake, being a very popular tourist place in the town is just walking distance from the Hotel. The Food Service is very good compared to all the other hotels I tried during the journey over there. Cons: Nothing as such.

Good homestay at a great location. Food is good, rooms are also great. You can see Kanchenjunga if you're lucky like us, even from the ground room (slightly) but for better views recommend the upper floors. Price for Ground floor room: 990/-, Food: 500 for Lunch, Breakfast, Dinner

Lovely experience.. it was not less than a home for 2 days.. the staff and service is very good..food is amazing.. the view and everything was really good..

Nice place, friendly staff very cooperative..rooms are clean and tidy...very spacious rooms, room heater facility, geyser also there for basin as well as bathroom...Mr. Pasang Bhutia is very helpful friendly and cooperative. A must homestay for mirik...
