Rishop Clouds (Homestay)

The homestay is not that good. We asked to cook food for 4 persons (3 adult and 1 child). They cooked for 3 only. It was very cold over there but they will not make the geyser available 24x7 considering the amount they are charging. They even didn’t keep the 3 pin socket on.. this is very ridiculous. They will not let you wash your clothes. After charging this amount they will show you a document listing a number of rules as if we are entering a school. Food taste is also not very good.

Me and my colleagues have visited Rishop recently. We stayed at "Rishop Clouds", where the roof is very nice, so the view is. But the behaviour of home-stay owner as well as the staffs are not at all guest-friendly. Making money is one and only priority without providing the standard service. It's very disappointing.

Personal experience with my family. It's a wrost home stay not only that poor quality room as per room tarif ,food quality very bad. Wifi is not working. If you stay in this hotel no network will be available inside the hotel.Staff behavior is not that much appreciated....

Recently visited the Rishop Clouds homestay, which was partially owned by Mr. Anirban (owner of the homestay & taken lease of the land from Mr. Raju) & Raju(basically the land owner from the area). So first I want to say that Mr. Raju is a very good person, on the other hand the other owner of the homestay just wants money, doesn't think about any guests problems etc. The cook of the homestay is also an arrogant person. As per the rule of the homestay the kitchen closing time is 10P.M. but the cook rudely asked us to have dinner at 9:35 otherwise he will close the kitchen, idk how a worker can say like this. We are paying for this and you guys not serving us for free, so request please be respective from next time to all of your guests. Your business is running because of people like us who loves to visit mountains and wants to spend quality time. Otherwise there are many other options are available.

I was stayed 29 th dec with my friends, rooms was damp.No wifi is there. Poor hospitality service by the hotel staffs. Food is qulity is very poor. Staff behaviour is friendly at all. Hotel location is not good. Not recommended any one stay there. Gryser is present in bath room,not working at all.

Very bad property. Totally waste of money. Rooms were pathetic. No hot water available. Too much costly and tasteless food. Water leakage from the roof. No wifi. Working from the hotel is impossible. Not recommended at all

Had a nice stay at RISHOP. Our room was clean and maintained but overpriced. Bathroom is too small. Lots of insects as it is on the ground floor. The rooms on the terrace are good and view of mountains but not the Kanchenjungha. I appreciate their Service and behaviour.
