Hello , I have recently visited this resort with 8 members, the worst behaviour we got from a kid name anupam , he is the only one taking care of the property. We asked for extra food and a room heater . But the kids behaviour and the owner (who is a guy trying to run hotel business from Kolkata to north Bengal) behaviour was the worst !!!! Remeber note - THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER OPTIONS, NEVER VISIT HERE !!! NEVER!!!
