I recently had the pleasure of staying at Moustache Manali, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the presidential suite, which offered an incredible view that took my breath away every time I gazed out the window. Waking up to such a stunning landscape was a daily reminder of how beautiful nature can be. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. The staff were not only professional but also genuinely warm and friendly. Their hospitality made me feel valued and welcome. Additionally, the location of Moustache Manali is perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It was convenient to access various attractions, making it easy to enjoy all that Manali has to offer. I wholeheartedly recommend Moustache Manali to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the mountains. I had such a wonderful experience that I will undoubtedly be returning in the future!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was absolutely fantastic—every meal was a treat, thanks to the incredible culinary skills of the team. A special mention to Mr. Hrishu, who is not only a talented head of restaurant but also incredibly gentle and polite, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The staff, especially Vinod and his wonderful colleagues, were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. Their hospitality truly made the stay memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to visit again!

Clean property, efficient and helpful staff. The location is amazing, with great views. Food is fresh and delicious. They make it based on your requirements. We had a great, peaceful and relaxing stay.

Generally impressed with the experience, particularly the food and dining service. Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel offers breakfast buffet . The quality of the food was excellent, and the service was attentive—staff were quick to replenish items and clear plates. Overall, I would highly recommend for its food service and the location, view was also awesome as the offerings exceeded my expectations and contributed to a memorable stay.

We stayed at the moustache for 5 nights in December , and overall, it was a great experience. The room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the mountain hills The staff were polite and quick to respond to requests. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious.

The location is apt and has panoramic views of the Himalayas. Serene, peaceful with just the right ambience for a relaxed vacation. The staff is very helpful and amicable and always there to make your stay comfortable. Pankaj from the restaurant went an extra mile to facilitate us with food apt to our taste buds. If you wish to stay in Manali and yet away from the hustle and bustle of city life, this is the place to be.

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely amazing. The presidential suite was extremely comfortable and beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful (Specially Mr. Pankaj from the restaurant), assisting us with everything we needed. The food was also delicious. The only problem for summer season is that there is no A.c. or ceiling fan in the room and no exhaust in washroom. Otherwise, everything was nice. We'll definitely plan to stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone.

The only positives about this place is that it is quiet and has a good view of the mountains. Otherwise, we had to keep calling them to ask to - 1. Clean the toilet 2. Top up the coffee and tea 3. Bring toilet slippers 4. Towels 5. Turn on the geyser for hot water. It appears like they are not going to fix the hot water issue. We waited for the past one hour. I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone.
