Even though the location is a lil off ..the service of the staff and the accomodation makes up for it. Rajender and Rohit, the two receptionist were really kind and welcoming. They went out of their way and even agreed to let us keep our bags at the place post checking out for some time.

"Terrible experience with the staff at GoStops Hostel. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They seemed annoyed whenever we asked for assistance and ignored basic requests like clean towels or room maintenance. The reception staff acted like they couldn’t care less about the guests. One even raised their voice at me for asking about a booking issue. This kind of behavior is unacceptable—would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone, "Absolutely appalling experience at GoStops Hostel. I had a health emergency late at night, and the staff couldn’t care less. They ignored my requests for help and acted like I was inconveniencing them. There was no first aid kit available, no assistance to call a doctor, and no concern whatsoever for my well-being. Their lack of empathy and professionalism is shocking. If you value your health and safety, avoid this place at all costs!"

Not a great place to stay, the location is little off, they don't provide you with basic amenities and they bore you with their rules. The staff isn't that friendly too, a very good property with good potential but wasted due to staff

Very comfortable stay. Enjoyed various facilities provided - home theatre experience, Fußball, playing cards & more. Rooms are super comfortable, clean & maintained. Location is lit!

The staff makes the property the best in town. The room are clean and totally worth the price. It’s pretty close to the market and the serves a sober view!

Receptionist and other staffs are absolutely not welcoming, I've stayed in lots of hostels but couldn't tolerate the behaviour or workers in this hostel. Otherwise the rooms and property is clean, but you'll have to do little trek to reach))

Very good place. The staff were extremely helpful for all requests. Will definitely recommend to all travellers. Special thanks to Ranjendar sir and Renuka Ma'am for their help during my stay.

The best hostel in MacLeod ganj rooms washroom and lobby area is clean and well maintained.... No time restriction at common area and for terrace dorms are good and it's newly opened property so good managed....go for it...
