I had an amazing stay at Hosteller ! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch – I particularly enjoyed the common area and the exciting events which they organise every night which was a highlight of my visit. Breakfast was delightful, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location was perfect, as it in the Mcleodganj market. Overall, it was a perfect experience, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hosteller to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious stay. I’ll definitely be back!"

We had a wonderful stay at the hosteller mall road. We booked a private double room with a private bathroom and the overall comfort level was perfect. The staff was kind and helpful, putting an effort to have a good vibe with the guests. The shared room upstairs was great as the outdoor seating had an amazing view of the mountain and the indoor was surrounded with large windows to also have the mountain views. Only downside was that the rooms were slightly humid therefore our towels and clothes didn't really dry when we needed them to

The experience with hostel was incredibly wonderful , unique and helpful throughout our stay. I recently stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience.The evening events were thoroughly enjoyable .The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. I found that the rooftop staff in the hostel was very friendly in nature and they take full care of the requirements of their guests and what kind of food we wanted they prepared food accordingly.Holster is best place to stay .The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.Thank you to the entire team at [Hosteller Mcleodganj ] for making my stay so enjoyable!

If you’re looking for an overpriced, unpleasant, and unhygienic stay, then “Hosteller” is the place for you. First off, the cleanliness is absolutely disgusting – there were actual pubes in the commode jet, and the staff couldn’t care less. The cleaning crew is shockingly rude and doesn’t seem to have any interest in doing their job. The rooms? They’re smelly, and despite charging a hefty price, they’ll give you a balcony that’s completely pointless because it has a wall blocking any view. The fans and exhausts sound like they’re about to fall apart, making it impossible to sleep. As for the food, don’t even bother trying – it’s just as bad as everything else in this place. Oh, and don’t expect anything to be done when you complain – they just brush you off. Avoid Hosteller at all costs! All the other bad reviews are true, and look at the responses on the reviews, just as i said brushing off responsibility.
