‼️genuine review‼️ had the loveliest experience staying here. the staff members are so polite, hospitable and efficient. the ambience is lovely and the rooms are big and spacious with a balcony overlooking the river. there are a bunch of food places close by that customise your food the way you want it. all in all, great experience and really recommend this place. (bonus: very cute dogs 🐶)

Had such a lovely experience here, very comfortable place. The staffs were extremely helpful and kind, catered to all our needs promptly. The room was very spacious and there's a river right down the road. There is also a line of dhabas just below the hotel, where you can try a variety of food. Overall a 10/10 experience, very highly recommended

Genuine Review ! Not fake You can definitely trust this property. Beautiful hotel can get at the cheapest price !! Rooms are as shown in pictures. Very spacious, pretty, clean. Big balcony. Washroom have geyser with hot water running 24 hours. No shortage of water or light. They provide electric kettle and extra blankets too. You will have to pay only around 100 for extra mattress. Service is great, every staff is super polite and humble.💯💯 Always ready to help. Karan at the reception was very kind ❤️ thank you. Best is the Location 😍😍 with river right next to it 💓💓 which provides cool breeze. Beautiful Mountain Views. ( You will not find river in other properties near Mall Road) There are lots of dhabas right next to it, with the cheapest tastiest food, so you have many options to choose from ! You just need ₹160 for a proper meal 🤩 Do try Hidimba Food corner’s Chowmien and soup❤️ kind people they will make food according to your needs Old manali street, very pretty is just 3 minutes walk away where you can find pretty cafés and very aesthetic shops to buy souvenirs. The market is very close, you can get fruits, vegetables too. Zip line and river crossing activities are right next to the hotel. There is a beautiful forest across the hotel, entry free of cost! ❣️ Mall Road is just 20 minutes walk far, beautiful place to take a walk 💓💓 They have super cute dogs as well 🥰💝 Definitely recommending! Safe for women and solo traveller too💯❣️

Spacious rooms with unbelievable views. The staff is very cooperative and helpful. It is located centrally in old manali and has many cafes nearby. The food of the hotel is also delicious. Would recommend for friends and family. It has perks of being located in the old village and you can experience the village life closely if you wish.

One of the best hotels in Old Manali, everything is close by so you won't have a problem visiting the popular places(including Mall Road). Room service was excellent including their response time, kindliness and helpfulness. Props to Gagan for providing a quintessential stay with comfort, a view of the river and room service.

Hi friends, I just confirmed that this place is not for family (Also friends). The hotel manager is very arrogant. He don't even bother to harrass the guests by non-availability himself at the reception. Even i called him, he don't even bother to welcome us. Due to this, I called my travel agency Make my trip, they assured me to make my stay comfortable by talked to the manager. After that, no response from the manager, the manager even more reluctant and arrogant than before. He did not provide us soap and basic amenities from the hotel. I asked several time to the manager to please fix the flush button but he accuse me very arrogantly that i am the one who broke the flush button. After several request to make my trip and the hotel manager, things not better. It become worsen and worsen to stay this hotel. Even my family who travel from delhi to manali after tedious journey can't even use bathroom. This hotel and the manager is so arrogant and so rude. Please don't book this hotel to stay in manali otherwise you may face the same problem as above. We also face car parking problem. The hotel manager park the outsiders car on paying basis due to this we are getting late to go to the places like rohtang pass and other places. Please i urge make my trip to blacklist this hotel and i also urge to the delhi people the U.P. people and the Haryana people to not book hotel in manali espacially this hotel as people live there have no respect to the guest and the treat us very rudely. Please if you want to book hotel to go manali. book at sissu or outside manali as people compare to manali are better. I have stayed with my family from 15.06.2024 to 16.06.2024. Hope you like my personal experience and apply this tip for your stay

We booked 2 rooms for 6 people through Agoda. Both rooms had two beds and hence it’s obvious there will need to be one extra mattress in each room. But they provided extra mattress in only one room and were charging us extra for the mattress in other room. Their logic was three people should sleep on the double bed. This was not disclosed while booking the rooms and the staff was very adamant on charging extra. The rooms were also not that great and basic facilities like towel and cleanliness were missing.

The place is good, their techno lounge is in the making. The food is really good and the staff name karan is also very co-operative.
