I had a great stay at Zostel! it was a lovely experience The manager was incredibly helpful and made me feel very welcome from the start. Everything was clean, and they were great at guiding me on how to explore the city, booking a safari and extra transportation. Top notch reception staff. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Best part was the view from the zostel best view of zaisalmer.

While the hostel and it’s facilities were amazing, the only bad part was the caretaker. We were two female travellers and the caretaker kept hogging the common space and even making us uncomfortable with excessive staring. Since it was almost empty due to off season, this hogging was uninvited and unprofessional. Safety and comfort of the guests should be of utmost importance to the hostel staff.

Had the most amazing stay at Zostel Jaisalmer!🌟 From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. The hostel beautifully captures the charm of Jaisalmer with its cozy, vintage interiors and stunning rooftop views of the Golden City. The dorms were super clean and comfortable, and the common areas made it so easy to meet fellow travelers from all over. The staff truly made the experience special — always smiling, helpful with local tips, and ready to help plan desert safaris and sightseeing. Special thanks to Narendra who extended great support to me and ofcourse a garam chaiii early morning❤️ If you're heading to Jaisalmer and looking for a place that’s affordable, friendly, and full of good vibes, Zostel Jaisalmer is the perfect choice. Can’t wait to come back! 💛✨

My stay at Zostel Jaisalmer was a mix of great vibes and some concerns. The property is perfect for youth travelers, with a lively atmosphere, indoor games, and stunning views. The golden stone architecture adds a unique charm, creating a cool and memorable experience. However, the staff behavior was disappointing at times. I also lost my sunglasses on the rooftop, and despite requesting CCTV verification, there was little effort from the team to assist. Overall, a great place for the ambiance and social experience, but service could definitely be improved.
