TRIP IN HOSTEL

I traveled solo to Udaipur and had an incredible experience staying at Trip in Hostel. The hospitality was exceptional, all within a budget-friendly setting. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe throughout my stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, ensuring a comfortable experience. The owners are truly wonderful people who go out of their way to make guests feel at home. The hostel’s prime location makes it easy to explore Udaipur’s heritage sites, most of which are within walking distance. I would absolutely love to visit again and highly recommend this place to fellow travelers!

The hostel highest top rooftop and also very cheapest door start from 300 per person in 23 February 2025 but Price was different in season time Best view near city Palace around 300 m nearest from Pichola Lake, you also see Taj hotel and Jagmandir from the rooftop of the hostel

Had a horrible experience with Trip In Hostel. We booked 1 room for 5 people for 2 nights. The rooms were not cleaned and the washrooms were much worse than public toilets. No action was taken against our request to clean the rooms and toilets, which made us leave the stay within a day. The price of the room was 3500 for 2 nights.The service offered doesn't even make it worth 1000 rs. The room photos in the website were not what it actually looked like. The reviews in Google seems to be paid reviews. Please make your choice wisely. Edited: Awesome reply from Trip In Hostel admin. We are not demanding bathrobes or spas. We just want our toilets and rooms to be cleaned. Hope you understand and reframe your reply. I am also assuring that my review is 100% genuine.

I booked this because of good rating but it’s terrible. The hostel owner asked for more money for check in(Although I paid full amount through online). A small room and beds are not clean well. No word’s for the toilet- terrible : No air hole or exhaust and if you open the door 🤮🤮 Just the view from top is very nice. But for that view, it’s total waste of money.

Worst place ever. The rooms and washrooms are unhygienic and apparently never cleaned. The blanket smells. This is a place run by money minded people. I had a early checkout due to an emergency and the owner is so pathetic that didn't even return my money. They told me coz I booked through goibibo they won't be able to return money. While denied to refund to goibibo.com my money when I raised a concern. Waste of time and money. Edited - dear owner, your review itself implies how you are only concerned about money, and ignored or rather accepted the pathetic services offered. It's a common sense for everyone that not everyday people come to a hotel and then ask a valid refund for the period they haven't stayed. But like I mentioned before the hostel is run by greedy and fake people who say something else on your face and show thir true colors while you raise a concern with app by keeping others hard earned money in name of their so called cancellation policy. Even charged extra money from my friends for keeping their luggage in hall area after their checkout which every other hostel offers for no charge.

There are no lockers in the dormitory if you carry valuable things. Please note this. Every time we're going somewhere means we will give the valuable things in the reception and they'll take care of it. I was booked in online and i requested to check in by early morning 3oclk they accepted the request first and once i reached the hostel they charged extra one day rent, what's this see. Recommend to go for some other hostel here everyone is money minded people.

Honestly this is the best place to stay, Owner is very friendly and caring. First I was not sure about the photos which are shown in this but when I went there it's actually true, Top view is awesome first day I had my breakfast on roof top. Rooms are clean and service is very good. And food taste is also good. If you choose to visit this place after reading this then please say Hi to owner (Guddu and his son Shubham) from me(Dipak - from Baramati). I really enjoyed my stay here and next time also I'll choose this hostel. Room prices are affordable and good. Highly recommend!

Although the hostel has nice decor and a good view from its terrace, I was really disappointed with their washrooms. The washrooms were unclean and stinked a lot. The standard rooms are also average and in one of the rooms, there were no blankets and the blankets that they had smelled quite bad. The washroom didn't have a jet spray and the flush wasn't even working. However, the dorms were good and their washrooms were slightly better. You might want to consider another place to stay in or their super deluxe rooms which seemed better than the standard rooms and are more expensive
