Jungle by sturmfrei Udaipur

I had an amazing experience staying at Jungle by sturmfrei, Udaipur recently on my trip. It's a very chill hostel with good vibes friendly and accommodating. I stayed in the female dorms, which I must say are great and spacious enough to get ready. And they maintain good measures for safety and security. The rooftop cafe and the view from there is breathtaking. The staff was very helpful, and guided us on the places to visit. The volunteers there helped us a lot as well taking us out to the tourist destinations, and made our stay comfortable. The food is great and well prepared. Hygienic I would say. The hostel was clean. Overall, I had a great experience and recommend the same to others.

I recently stayed at Junglee Hostel in Udaipur and was quite disappointed with my experience. Here are the main issues I encountered: Service Quality: The staff were unhelpful and often rude, which made my stay uncomfortable. Food Options: I was surprised to find that room service for restaurant food was not available, which was inconvenient. Lack of Amenities: There were no chilled water bottles provided in the room. Instead, we had to take empty bottles to the ground floor to fill them ourselves and then bring them back to our room, making it difficult to stay hydrated. Overall, my experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this hostel based on the service provided. I recommend looking for other options nearby, as there are many better properties available. I would suggest avoiding this one

I stayed here for 2 nights but the flipside to this stay for me was the noise in the evenings. The rooftop terrace had live music events and the sounds would muddle and muffle up along with adjacent buildings hosting their own musical events - this made it a noisy affair till 11pm. Plus it's also located next to a temple which would have their pooja/aarti timings chiming in. Also, the room is okay for a budget stay. What I saw on Goibibo when I was booking looked a lot more brighter and cleaner. In reality, the walls had some stains and they could have done a better job in maintaining the room. The staff though was helpful and warm. The day time view from the terrace restaurant is nice overlooking the Udaipur lake too and it's close to some of the other points to reach on foot. Overall, I would give it average ratings.

Excellent hostel. Clean and good dorm. Food served by the cafe is tastiest. Friendly, helpful and good staff. And kudos to Bhaskar (in the front desk), for his being so helpful and awesome 😎

An amazingly beautiful hostel, great rooms and dorms with ample ventilation. Their in-house cafe is also great with soooo many options (Peri peri fries are a must try). The view too is outstanding with Gangaur ghat, Lake Pichola, and City Palace visible from the common area and of course the rooftop. 10/10 would recommend 🤌🏻

The Roop top area is very soothing and relaxing, we can stay 24*7 but food service is limited to 9am-11 pm. The view of udaipur is very good.

Excellent and Budget friendly place to stay and relax in this beautiful city. The Volunteer who hosted us, Mradul is an amazing guy and an excellent host who helped us throughout our trip and looked after us. The homemade chicken preparations were amazing too. Must try.

Loved the service at Jungle by sturmfrei, had an amazing experience. The volunteer who hosted us is Anurita, she was very kind and helpful during our stay. I loved the overall experience.
