Genesis Homestay

Our stay here was comfortable for the price. We were initially a little bit apprehensive as there was a strong odour when we came in, however it seemed to clear out and the room itself had good a good filter system that felt comfortable that helped mitigate the smell. The room was good for the price considering the location, a close walk to the Taj. But importantly too, the staff had an attitude of ‘how can I help you’ and helped us with transport beyond our stay and were looking to offer warm hospitality. Room was a little small and was primarily occupied by a bed, didn’t have chairs and had a small table so it felt a bit cramped. The ensuite was good and clean. Overall a reliable place to sleep and rest at an affordable cost with friendly staff.

We had a great time at this homestay excellently located, 15 minutes from the Taj Mahal. We felt like we were hosted by friends. Anoj and the staff will do everything to make you have a good time. I hope to return as soon as possible!

the staffs are gems! I've never been treated like this, they always tried to help me out and gave me tons of information. also free tea as well! especially I went to the Indian wedding with him and it was so special experience for me that I will never forget. Taj mahal is around 30 mins by walk! I went there in the morning feel a bit fresh, you can also find Auto easily.

Was great staying here. The location is about 1 km from TAJ. Great place with full of cafe. The room is budget friendly. The boys serving the customer is awesome. Had booked other hotel but they had different pictures than what it was at online so instantly booked this and got the room. Other hotel had waiting time,but his hotel had no wait time and did not charge extra for early check in. Other hotel wanted us to pay extra for early check in at 9am. Just a small suggestion: Though the room is small,but still small table and cabinet must have been placed. Rest all ok. You can opt this hotel if you do not have much luxury requirements.The rooms are small in size with double bed. Need to compromise Lil for privacy as the room is just next to walking passage but that should not be any issue. Book it or call them for booking they will answer the call. Thanks guys for great hospitality.Hope to visit again. do maintain the same service. All the best..

I only had a few hours in Agra, and these guys we're amazing! Great banter and great chai ❤ they helped me get an auto and checked in on me during the day to make sure I wouldn't miss my bus. I didn't stay (overnight bus) so can't comment on the rooms, but the guys were so kind to me for the time I was there. Thank you, I hope I'll see you in Ladakh 🤙

Very nice hostel. Owner very kind. People in hostel friendly. Easy to find somebody go somewhere together. I recomend these place. If you didint book the price is cheaper
