Cons: 1. Experienced delays in communication a couple of times. 2. Maybe it was just with me, but there were gaps in clear communication. Was promised something and given something else. 3. Just one dorm has attached bathroom, the other one is very small. 4. The basin is barely enough for you to wash hands. 5. There no curtains for the beds 6. The locker is on the floor. 7. Location is lil away from the city centre. Pros: 1. Transparent and friendly. 2. The ground staff is polite and cooperative. 3. The community I met here was good, that's something that made the overall experience worth it.

Stayed here as it was the only place I could find online that would accept foreigners. It is located extremely far from anything noteworthy in Lucknow, but it is a 5-10 minute walk to a metro station so I can work around that. A little overpriced compared to other places I've stayed in throughout India, however they do have a monopoly on the price as they are the only hostel in the city. Rooms were clean enough but the bed wasn't great. Terrible and dirty blankets/bedding. And the fan in the room was quite dangerous if you're sleeping on the top bunk.... definitely don't be sitting up if the fan is on. Air con times are strange and seem backwards, running all night and then turned off during the day (do it the other way around?!). The manager was also running some sort of meetings in the common area which was a bit annoying as there was nowhere else to hangout, however this was only a few hours. Staff were very helpful and lovely people and the vibe of the place was great! Very welcoming and chill. Not that I'd have any options, but I would stay here again.

Best Hostel in Lucknow.. They maintain proper hygiene, The facilities which they provided is good, All the staffs are good. They have a small cafe where they make delicious food with limited menu. Hostel is situated at a good place where you can easily access Metro.

Good stay and very helpful staff with polite nature. Breakfast is easily available. You can order food online also from any website. I would love to recommend it to everyone. Because it have the city view, terrace and spacious bathrooms. On issue is lift not available.

It's probably one of the only two hostels in Lucknow. Considering that, they've tried to mark the prices up a tiny little bit. But the hostel in itself is pretty good. There are just two dorms, with 6 bunks each. The bathrooms and rooms are pretty big and well maintained. However the common space is too small. The rooftop seating is pretty limited as well. The kitchen space is okay-ish. There are some meal options as well. However, you need to climb up four floors to reach the hostel as they don't have an elevator. The public transport connectivity is pretty good though.

Nice place to stay. Service and location is top notch. Beds, toilet and everything are also clean and perfect. If I rlly rlly want to nitpick, rooms are a bit small, but seriously, stay at this place when you're in Lucknow!

Good place to stay But I would like to give suggestions to the owner as some of the problems are very important which should be rectified -- 1. Bedding should be improved as you want to host in 21st century but your bedding quality belongs to 19th century . Please improve it as you are charging accordingly. 2. Specially for upper beds I suggest no one like to see a fan running 1 feet above their head . I realised this when I was alloted the upper bed on my second visit. Provide small wall fans for each bed that will be more effective result for upper bed customer specially. So that specially for upper bed person will not see such a big fan moving above their head . Point of safety arises here and that should not be ignored at all. 3. As you are welcoming both males and females I think you should look after their privacy too . I stayed a lot in dormitory across India . There should be partitions around the bed with curtains . Which gives a female more comfortable space to be there . Unwanted sneak peak makes everyone uncomfortable. As you have curtains in your Ayodhya branch Why you are not considering that part here is bit surprising for me. Overall stay at this place is always a good experience. Good staff Good cleanliness and maintained hygiene Affordable pricing I mentioned these 3 crucial points because I felt that all this should be improved so that you get regular customer with a good feedback Keeping a 600/- price doesn't ensure 600% customer feedback You need to improve things according to time.

My Detailed and Honest Review of Hashtag Traveler's Had a 2 day Lucknow trip for some work related stuff. Its a hostel cum hotel "Hashtag Traveler's" Honestly, The Hostel wasn't giving a vibe of hostel at all, It was giving a home vibe. There were 2 rooms (one with attached bathroom and one with common bathroom outside the room and one common area for sitting, all on the 4th floor equipped with three buckbeds (or whatever thoes fancy english beds in the movies are called) in each room made of iron with wooden very spacious lockers present just below the beds to keep your travel bag and other belongings safe. The common area also had some self help and financial knowledge books to pass the time. The terrace had an amazing view. There was a little canteen on the floor only, for cold drinks and chips and other snacks. They had microwave, crockery and common fridge and Wifi for the proper comfort and all facilities. The charges are rs650/day for one person! And for the facilities they provide, this is so affordable and so amazing when compared to the hotels charging 3k/day for rooms. A maid comes in the morning and cooks whatever is in the menu for the day (seperate charges for the food ofc). The Market is so close to the establishment and the Pheonix mal2Lll is just around the corner too on walking distance of merely 2 minutes. The room and the main area had AC with the ac being on for the whole night in the room from 10pm to 8am as per the hotel cum hostel rules. The concept of buckbeds and the facilities they provide, the ease of access to the market and mall and the most important the environment that makes you feel at home and For staying a day or two or even longer which you will definitely consider afterwards,"Hashtag Travellers" is the Perfect spot to Hit in Lucknow. Overall, the experience was amazing and the four floor climbing is worth it the vibe of the area is nice. Highly recommended.
