We stayed at this hotel during our visit to Prayagraj for a relative’s death ritual. It was a stressful time for us, and this hotel only added more frustration. They charged us ₹1500 for a room with a broken AC. We told them the next day, and instead of taking responsibility or offering a refund, they blamed us — saying we didn’t know how to use it. Clearly, the AC was not working from the beginning, and I’m sure they already knew this. The toilet seat was dirty. Even after we complained, they delayed cleaning it. The staff was rude and didn’t care about our problems. This place is not worth your money. No proper service, no respect, no honesty. If you want peace of mind and basic cleanliness, please avoid this hotel.

Mostly I can say rooms are so clean as well as the service provide by the hotel was so gentle n good as well as the staff are also well behaved and good so overall I m so satisfied.
