Pathetic.. just pathetic. Just Save yourself and your experience for Banaras by simply avoiding this place. Not a single thing is appreciative. Staff, rooms , bed, washroom, bathroom everything is just worst. The most unpleasant experience I've ever had. Not at all recommended to solo travelers. So congested space. don't go by no. Of reviews or pics , it's illusion to attract. Go for some other property.

I had an extremely disappointing stay at Madsquad Hostel. First of all, there was a constant bad odour throughout the place, making it really uncomfortable. The hostel is also located far from the main road, which makes it inconvenient to get around. To make things worse, the door to my room had a malfunction and wouldn't close properly, compromising security. There were no locks or keys for the wardrobe, so I felt uneasy about leaving my belongings behind. The washrooms are ridiculously small, and it's very difficult to move around. The kitchens are poorly maintained and not well-equipped. On top of all that, there were mosquitoes everywhere, making it impossible to sleep peacefully. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone.

The hostel had written a review on my behalf describing my stay as nothing less than 10/10. This is far from accurate and writing a review on my behalf is both manipulative and dishonest!! I found much better value for money elsewhere with much better facilities at cheaper rates. The staff were friendly but that about as much as I got out of my stay. Won’t be going back.

If u r a solo traveller then u should try this place. It provides the Budget stay as well as the best connectivity to religious places e.g The kashi vishwanath temple, some of the ghats etc. near the property. The Property Location is a little confusing so it's better to talk to the property owner or manager to get the exact details of the property. The hotel staff was very supportive. I rate 3.5/5 to the overall stay.

Do not stay here if you want to sleep. Staff had music absolutely blasting all night long. I mean literally all night and well into the morning. Like I'm talking louder than a Thai party hostel. I could feel the vibrations in my bed. People staying in the dorm had no respect for anyone else in there. Talking on the phone and to each other at all hours. Turning the lights on, acting as if it was the middle of the day. Room itself was ok. Not what was pictured online but was clean enough and had AC + lock boxes. Showers and toilets didn't have a roof so don't use them during the day or you will roast to death. Pillow was extremely lumpy and mattress was U-shaped. A shame for this hostel has the potential to be amazing. Staff were really nice people and made you feel welcome. Food was really good and the location is not bad at all. If they want it to be a party hostel they should advertise it as such

Property is good but lacking Poor Management. Staff's are unprofessional. The night FDM was polite but the other FDM one in the day is Rude & and the other slim shady person, he is a housekeeper maybe - is completely unprofessional.

Not recommended. The pictures are deceiving and probably taken when the property was brand new. Rooms are unclean, so are the sheets. Bathroom was dirty as well. The knob of the fan was broken. No intercoms in private room and lift was non functional. Centipedes were roaming in my room too! Had a bad experience. Tha only plus is that its relatively closer to Vishwanath temple.

To be very honest the place is not close to what they show. The place is located in a very shady alley. The rooms are not well maintained. There is no hospitality. They do not even provide water for rooms. There are no toiletries available. It was worst staying over there at too much of price. The owner was very unfriendy and rude.
