Madpackers Varanasi

I stayed at Madpackers Varanasi for a week during my solo trip, and honestly, it felt more like home than a hostel. I stayed in the female dorm, and the beds were surprisingly spacious, comfortable, and well-designed. There were small storage corners and enough space to keep all my belongings organized, which made the stay even more convenient. What I loved the most was the vibe. The environment was extremely friendly, warm, and homely. Even though I was travelling solo, I never really felt like I was alone or away from home. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and I always felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. The food was another highlight — it tasted very much like home and was genuinely delicious. I also really enjoyed spending time on the terrace and soaking in the overall vibe of the place. Overall, my one-week stay at Madpackers was comfortable, safe, and memorable. If you’re travelling to Varanasi, especially solo, I would definitely recommend staying here. I would happily choose Madpackers again!

I had an incredible stay at Madpackers Varanasi and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the ghats, making it easy to explore the city and experience the unique atmosphere of Varanasi. The hostel also has a fantastic rooftop with a beautiful view, where we even enjoyed a great dinner one evening. Another nice touch is the Hindu temple located right next to the hostel, which adds to the authentic local experience. Everything about this place was excellent. The staff were amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help. A special thank you to Sunil, who was exceptionally kind throughout my stay. He helped me organize the next stages of my trip and arranged several taxis for me, making everything smooth and stress-free. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Having stayed in other hostels in Varanasi, I can honestly say that Madpackers had the cleanest and most well-maintained rooms I experienced in the city. Overall, everything was perfect. Great location, great rooftop, amazing staff, and excellent rooms. I would highly recommend Madpackers Varanasi to anyone visiting Varanasi.

Had an amazing stay at Madpackers Varanasi! The hostel is located inside the temple area and just a few minutes from the ghats, making the location perfect. It truly felt like a home away from home. A big shoutout to Sunil, Harkeesh, Vignesh for their warm hospitality. Each of them brings unique skills and energy that make the place special. Great vibes, great people, and an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

I had a really great experience staying at this hostel as a solo traveller. The atmosphere was comfortable, welcoming, and made me feel safe throughout my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was perfect for meeting new people and making connections while travelling alone. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the location was also convenient. I especially enjoyed the friendly environment, which made my solo trip feel much less lonely. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would definitely recommend this hostel to other solo travellers. I’d happily stay here again! ❤️

I had a great experience! The hostel was super clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was also excellent, within easy walking distance of the ghats and many of the city's main attractions. It was easily one of the best hostel experiences I've had in India. I only wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!
