: Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude and Aggressive Reception Staff I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this hotel, particularly with the reception staff. Upon arrival, I was greeted with an unprofessional and dismissive attitude. The receptionist was not only rude but also aggressive, raising their voice for no apparent reason when I asked for a simple clarification about my reservation. Instead of offering assistance, they seemed bothered by my presence and treated me as though I was a burden. The overall lack of courtesy and basic customer service was shocking. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels, but this was by far the worst reception experience I’ve ever had. I will certainly not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone who values professionalism and respectful service. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry.

We didn’t stay in the room but visited their restaurant for lunch. The lunch was very good so we wanted to stop by for evening snacks n coffee as well, but even at 5.45pm they still didn’t have staff to make hot beverages and no one was bothered to arrange anything for us. Eventually we went to some other nearby place so a one star for the evening experience! If the staff behaviour is not changed it would hamper the experience of a lot of people. It is at the right spot to attract a lot of tourists visiting Mantralayam so it needs to maintained very well.

I am wondering why this hotel is not shown in the list when searched for one at Mantralayam. Of course, this is at 45kms distance from temple. New hotel, awesome exterior, and reasonably good rooms. Definitely value for money. We got a good deal, including breakfast and food coupons for dinner.

This wonderful restaurant is located very close to nature.. Coming to food....missing a little bit of spicy food here....Ice creams and other chats are okay but should be spicy because we Andhra people like and prefer spicy food 😊. It's great having such a beautiful and amazing hotel in our Adoni.

It’s a newly opened place. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The property is expanding and many more restaurants are coming in the same premises. The venue is huge and palatial. Pradeep personally coordinated for any difficulties encountered by the guests. 12 hour check in facility available and close to mantralayam.

We stayed here while visiting to mantralaya. It's a newly opened property. Rooms and amenities are too good. Staffs are courteous and helpful. Quality and quantity of food was excellent. It's just 45 min drive to manatralaya from the hotel. One of the best hotels in the locality.

First of its kind of star hotel in Adoni. Good ambiance. Still some of the facilities like the gym and swimming pool were not open when I visited this place.

It was one of my worst experience to visit for just to have some food our kids. But overall the service provided was too unhealthy, ill skilled and over charged...advice everyone who travel this side never go by their outside display ,u will definitely fooled by them..
