Comfortable bed and great air conditioning. Staff is polite and efficient. Cleaning in room needs to be improved. Sweeping and mopping before handing a room to a guest is a must, but they didn’t seem to know that. As of June 2018 work on the lift (elevator) is going on and the shaft is left open, which is very hazardous. You’d have to use the stairs.

Very very spacious , large room with two double beds. Clean too. No attached kitchen , hence for eating must go outside. Staff courteous and quick. For two thousand rupees per night , it was an extremely comfortable stay

Newly built. The staff were friendly and co-operative. The rooms were clean and the price was reasonable. The appartments are not facing towards the main road. It's situated at the back of the building. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Room size XS but the price is XL, if you are traveling alone that's fine. The whole room would be around 80-100sqft hardly, from room entrance two steps you find your bed and in 5steps bathroom. For this room they charge Rs.1500.

Worst stay ever, please don't go on the photos posted on the sites, it's very old building covered in new. From the entrance itself you understand that your choice has gone wrong, extermly small and dark reception, which deserted for most of day. Corner of building is demolished making a hollow in corner. There is no lift. Pathway and stairs are dirty and rooms are smelly and dirty too, also check below the foomats.

I stayed 2days. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Room service was also good. Reasonable price. Brand New hotel &furniture. We booked 7rooms including a suite room. Suite was awesome. My next stay will also be @ Neema.

Rooms are renovated with good interiors but AC needs repair.. No proper AC in rooms.. Got balcony to refresh itself n feel the noise of traffic.. Boys are sick n don't turn up when u need a help..
