Hotel Sri Pranams Royal Grand - Hotel in Bhimavaram

Good hotel to stay. It is new building and rooms are in good condition. It is near to railway station. Size of deluxe room is small. We need to submit Aadhar for all people staying. They won’t reduce the price. I felt price is too high for stay.

If u have heard the term Never judge a book by it's cover this is the place From outside it looks like a fancy hotel etc reviews make it seem real Let me tell u it's bad honestly the service and the way they interacted with me and my family wasn't nice They don't know how to talk people Also please note there's no restaurant in this hotel they will go get u food from some random different hotel And they can't even provide towels properly And the extra bed they provided was as good as sleeping on the floor Please choose a different hotel if your staying in bhimavaram Note:- rooms were clean and proper But no excuse to be soo bad Also please read the other reviews if u don't agree with me the staff is not so great Untrained and not helpful

It was nice stay at hotel, room service is good and near by station. Rooms are well maintained, bathrooms are so clean and very healthy for us. It was really very peaceful stay here. I prefer 100 percentage to stay here everybody

This hotel is just 5 mins walkable distance from railway station,We booked two rooms here for our 2 days stay in bhimavaram. Rooms and facilities provided are very good.. my only complaint was with management.. our train was @ 7 pm. We requested them that we will checkout one room and 4 adults will relax in one room from 3 Pm to 5:30 pm as there are senior citizens with us. Receptionist was hell bent against it and said this will not be allowed.. they created a huge ruckus on this. They should be flexible enough to accommodate customer request which will earn them good will. We had to pay two day rent to that one room thought we are not staying in the night, but this is at least understandable, but they were very rude in responding to our request that 4 adults relaxing in one room.. disappointed with the way you treated your customer

Don't ever try to check in this hotel. Because no AC , not Worth of Money, no service. Lift is also not working. Staff responses also zero. Completely rash and worst handling with customers. I never suggest to pick this hotel. Waste worst and any other big words than this.

Amazing hotel for stay. The grand suite was worth the money. The room services were cooperative and quick to respond. Lobby and over ambience was quite good.

Clean rooms, helpful staff. Location is very close to the railway station which has its pros and cons. If you are a light sleeper, train horn sounds might disturb you. If you want to get around you can avail cab service they have tieup with. Driver Yedukondallu is helpful.
