A5 HOTEL

To start with: Location: 5 ⭐ Security/Safety: 5 ⭐ Parking: 3 ⭐ Ambience: 5 ⭐ Food: 3 ⭐ Service: 3 ⭐ Menu Pricing: Moderate to High Taste: Average This place is a Mediocre. Below is my explanation why it is so: Location: I can give 5 ⭐ for the location, one of the best Highway Hotels, easily accessible. Security/Safety: A safe place equipped with the 2 Tier security system. The security staff are rude to the customers, they can be a little hospitable. Parking: Ample space for parking, separately for bikes and cars. An electric charge point is also available which isn't available at most of the Highway Hotels, a true advantage for the management however, the parking is open to the air and can easily microwave your car from the inside during 🔆. The management can do something about this if they really care about the Customers. Ambience: A 5 ⭐ for the ambience. The outline is well maintained and will give you the feel you are in a right place. Haven't been inside their accommodation. They have a pool and it smells off too much chlorine, again-something can be done about this if you care about the customers. The Inside of restaurant looks fine but little unclean I can say. The plastic trees in the centre/middle are of too much dust, only the management knows when they were last dusted. Food/Beverage: Starters were good. Main course & dessert sucks, never expected this quality from a place where they spent lot on Ambience. Service: You may expect some good standards in Service. The staff were welcoming and experienced enough for this joint. They can be better in having menu knowledge and in terms of up-selling. Menu Pricing: I can say the prices are pretty high for this quality. The management needs to immediately focus on this or they would have only one time visitors. The cutlery worn off and needs to be replaced if you want to have these prices continued. I can also say the cover is not maintained as per the standards. They charge INR 30/- for a water bottle and INR 35/- for a 200ml soft drink which are actually being procured at INR 15/- & 16/- respectively. When asked, The manager gives a reason that since the pet bottle can't be served, we serve in a glass and charge INR 35/- for a 200ml soft drink while they served me the Water bottle in a pet, very funny. I think they need to stop this robbing mentioning they charge for the ambience and service, that's not justifying when you have an average standard. Suggested them to serve the soft drink 'on the rocks' in a better glass. Truly unhappy about this, as you are already charging high for the food that deserves 1 ⭐ and again charge high for a pet bottle and soft drink. Taste: Except the starter, rest all are of below average. I could have opted CCD which is adjacent to this restaurant for the Sizzler Brownie, it's very upsetting the chef didn't knew how to make one(Picture attached for the reference). I would like to visit again and check if these things are really taken care of, or the management is just replying to the review just for a sake. Thank you 🙏

Good place on the highway travelling to chennai,tirupathi/bangalore. Clean bathrooms.. food was ok ok..but london street theme looks really classy. Service was a bit slow. But ambience cover it up.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. The hotel is located right on the highway. It would be a great choice if you are travelling on NH16 and intend to stay near Nellore. Room size is adequate, and was clean. Bathroom is generally clean but need to be tidy up a bit. The A5 hotel has a fine dining resturant, a south Indian restaurant and a cafe coffee day outlet within the property. Ample car parking for those for hotel and restaurants. There is convention hall, gifting shop and a spa within the property. Electric car charging facility available. Overall a good choice to stay or stop by for food or break.

I don't know about rooms since i only gone there to eat. Their theme is good and the lighting is also not too much or low. It's a good place to eat with family or friends whenever we go on a trip.

Ambiance is good for quick break especially while travelling to Tirupati from Vijayawada. Try once.😀
