Worst place to stay. Had a very bad experience. The room definitely needs to be renovated. The passage to the room has garbage filled all the way. Poor maintenance by the management. No water supply in the morning. Toilets were not clean, broken western closet. The worst part was we found used condoms in the window. The didn’t even clean it properly. Will never visit Horsley hills only again because of this place.

This place is not at all recommendable for families. The maintenance of the rooms is really bad and the prices are also high . The after sale service is worse , they say these are AC rooms but the AC wont work . The manager is not responsible for anything once you do the payment . I rather recommend u to go to the forest guest which has better cleanliness and same price .

Only reason for 1 star is there is no negative rating can be given. Rooms were worst and they will tell everything is working in the room but AC won’t work,not even fan will be working here and bathroom was worst and the shower head was broken We asked them to resolve and faced humiliation from them and very rude manners from the management and even from the helpers

Never ever choose this place to stay. This worst experience hotel I ever came across in my travel life. The reception is like walk through an local bar. The room are of age old doors , dirty linen and stinking toilets. Absolutely big no for family. No service , no toiletries. Complete place is like dungeon which exactly built and meant for all illegal activities mainly drinking etc... one of the worst experience and spoiled the entire vacation. Never stay in this hotel as nothing will be available for a pleasant stay, no lock for toilets, broken closets, broken chairs, no TV, No wifi and foul smell in all the rooms, they will send some fake images while booking and ask for advance payments, never visit this place as no one will be available to provide service.Request to avoid stay here for your own benefit. First of all, this homestay is nowhere close to what pictures say!!! The whole place looked like a dump yard and garbage thrown all around including both side of the entrance of so called premium room/villa. Inside the room is also inexplicably dirty. There is no free breakfast and wifi, ac was not working. We were not at all ok with service(Asif).

Wrost services and water facility is properly unavailable. Hot water also not provided to us. Soaps towels and shampoors are not provided to us. Better to not go on holiday homes resorts. Waste of money.

The rooms were very spacious and can accommodate 3 members. Neat linens were provided and has geyser in the room. Horsley hills is good for one night trip.

Pictures are self explanatory. Lenin is not changed when we checked in. They just cleared the spread as is. Torn sheets. Dirty pillows, pillow covers and dirty walls. ac and tv remote missing. Tv is useless because they don't recharge the tata sky. No toiletries given. They charge 2500 per night on off season and it is not really worth the value they provide. Only good thing is... Restaurant food is fine.
