HOTEL ANNAPURNA RESIDENCY

Convenient place to stay in Jangareddigudem. Clean beds and toilet although a little old and run down are cleanly maintained. Staff kept misrouting people to my room which intruded with my sleep otherwise it's an ok place.

The best hotel in jangareddigudem. Nice clean spacious rooms, toilets and good location. Don't book online, best to call them directly.

No daily room cleaning and unless we follow up, The room is spacious but the rooms are not maintained properly , washroom is not clean and not proper maintained Very old matress and it smells very bad. The Customer service is worst. We called the front desk and asked for the bedsheets , the answer is NO, we don’t give extra bedsheets . We requested and ready to pay money if there are any extra charges but it leads to argument . We spoke to duty manager Ajay /apparao but he is more arrogant than the team ..More to write 😊

We took a Non-AC room and right after entering the room, we experienced a bad smell for around 15 mins. The bedsheets are also not that clean. The TV they provide has not even basic subscription from their dish provider. I will recommend this but with many such reservations.

Building and arrangements are very grand. Maintenance is not good. All taps not work Well. Lift system under repair for prolonged period. Perhaps stopped the job. Open lift way in all floors pose high security risk, especially to children. Bill printer problem, full bill not clearly visible, some part of bill or full bill faded printing or no printing. But this is the only good hotel available at Jangareddygudem.

Good hotel , good rooms, good ambience, value for money. Fodd is also very good and they serve it from their restaurant . But only one dis advantage is that, they do not supply food or breakfast or tea in the morning, as the restaurant opens from 12 noon.

It has lot of potential, but it is not worth it for the money being charged for rooms. Very poor maintenance, broken showers, unclean toilets and roaches everywhere. Even card swiping machine doesn't work for payments. Management need to reconsider their pricing atleast if they did not want to change the way they work
