I've been to many hotels before in kadapa they're all good too but I'd like to recommend this hotel to everyone as they're good in everything like bedsheets are well cleaned and maintained, there's 2 room boys , they're exceptionally disciplined and polite , they'll do service without any expectations. The managers are good too, well friendly. Best to go for Hotel serene

I felt very happy & more worthy for my stay in this hotel , for many reasons ...firstly , it is located in the centre of the city and is more convenient and more secure for the familes with car parking and all other basic facilities.... secondly ,the suit room in which I ve stayed is more convenient and very well arranged with safety lockers, kettel etc.. , next I need to thank the management & the staff for their attentive, friendly hospitality , responsiveness , cleanliness and outstanding service ....

It’s a brand spanking new hotel with spacious rooms and very clean bathrooms in Kadapa. The staff were very helpful and took good care of us thru out. There is no restaurant at the hotel but the staff arranged food as and when requested. Suitable for friends and families and great location for people travelling thru Kadapa.

Very worst staff behavior and attitude towards customer is disgusting. Purely because of their attitude won't recommend to stay in this property. Very good rooms but worst attitude towards customer service
