Rooms are good but reception people are rude. I feel most of the reviews are paid reviews.When I asked for entertainment channels they are denied and talking very rudely... And for hot water we have to waste atleast 3-4 buckets of water to get hot water. I don't recommend this hotel as they are not customer friendly.

Good pillow is very soft and clean ...|Staff nature is very soft and good behaviour |And also maneger is king and good heart|The washroom and rooms are very clean |This is nice and beautiful place with go to family and friend and couples..... Jiiiiiiii

Presently we are staying in this hotel. From past 2 days T.V is not working. Very rude behavior by front office personnel who are from Bihar. When we ask the problem to be escalated,they are saying we are not responsible for this. Moreover they are not giving the phone number of their higher authorities. We are writing this so that the management should know this and punish the concerned

This hotel 🏨 is value for the Area's best. Staff is very good and friendly polite. Front office is still good. Rooms are well equipped. Coming to the bathroom 🚻 🤪. Good restaurant supplies 👌 good. Complimentary breakfast is nice. Reviews say there are mosquitoes but we have not seen any. Overall our stay was excellent. Thanks to the management.

Unhygienic rooms lacking basic toiletries. Breakfast menu limited and even though timing is from 7.00 am to 10.00 am, if you at 9.00 be ready for cold breakfast. Very limited options available. Main door lock hanging and you need to adjust it yourself to lock your room. Not recommended.
