Rooms are basic. Climate is humid. Non AC rooms could get uncomfortable. Beds were below average. Worn out bedsheets. I was fortunate that it did not smell foul. Location is good. Close to station and opposite bus stand. Restaurant below is not very good.

Hotel is good room is very clean...any nice hoyel

Rooms are not much clean, especially washrooms. The facilities mentioned like tv, wifi etc are not working. Overall I had a bad experience with this hotel.

1. The hotel is just opposite to the APSRTC Kakinada 2. The room was good and clean, even washroom is good. I didn't find any water issue. 3. I have visited with my friends and amount was 1100/- for 1 day (we stayed from morning to evening) for non-AC room( March 2022). 4. Both AC and Non-AC rooms are available. 5. Inside the room television is available, lockers are available. 6. There are maids for cleaning the room. 7. Walkable distance of around 900m to the Kakinada Town railway station and around 2km to Kakinada Port railway station. 8. Around 10.4 Km to the Kakinada beach. 9. Around 2km distance to JNTU kakinada.

It's located at 10min walking distance from Kakinada Town station (you have to exit from platform no 2 side). Reception is at the first floor and you have to climb the stairs with your luggage. Room cleanliness is acceptable and room size is alright. But bathroom fittings are old and the cleanliness is not sufficient. But for non-AC rate of ₹550 you can't complain much. Vegetarian restaurant is available downstairs.

Don't waste your money here there were so many good hotels beside of this hotel

Everything is okay. No option for drinking water. we need to go on counter whenever we need it. Daily cleaning is not available. It's cheaper hotel than others. I recommend to book AC rooms only as this area is humid.
