Ok OK experience. Lot of bugs 🐛 on the bed and cockroaches in the washroom. Stayed less than 12 hrs. Hence, not complained about change of room.

one of the most pathetic experience I ever faced. this hotel asks extra amount even if we pay full amount online. they said either pay extra amount or you can complaint If you want and the owner has the worst behavior. he doesn't know how to respect the guests. he just want extra amount and not bothered about respecting anyone.. took another hotel with help of Make My trip and Oyo.

Oyo became a big scam these days & looting people’s hard earned money. Oyo customer service won’t respond to complain. This Hotel is a total scam & people who go here will be charged extra amount even though you pay online. The staff & manager are more problematic, they will fight with you & terrorise you to pay the double amount than you booked.

Even after booking with Oyo these people denied giving me the room and asking more money. The person in reception was very rude and arrogant. He denied talking with Oyo customer care people.

The staff was so arrogant. He continuously fighting with someone or other.. thank God we didn't have any fight with him..the major problem is they will say cancel your booking at OYO and ask you to book at hotel itself... second thing they are avading the TAX ... they asked us to pay to a Private PhonePe number..that is not linked with Hotel..one day definitely I will complain this to the consumer affairs for Sure...Room was good... washroom was not higiene... room cleaning is not a problem..the cleaning team is polite...

Good room. Small in size, but reasonable price. Don't book with oyo, Directly enquire with reception. Staff is friendly as long as you respect them.

Booked this stay from OYO, had to pay 2000Rs extra for checking in, after paying 2000 for 2 nights, if the hotel is not okay with oyo tariffs, they should stop partnership/business with them. Customers are getting fooled after reaching hotel, discovering that they have to pay extra to check in, which most of customers do as they are tired/in hurry. Rooms are okay for 2 people, location is okay, service is good. Recommend not to book this hotel with OYO.
