Yes the pillows are excellent to have a deep sleep. However little working table l and keep the baggage some small cupboard can be set up. the lobby man be made little more attractive to get a better impression on arrival. May be increased the staff strength to attend the work instantly.

The experience was nothing but exceptionally beautiful and amazing, the staff was extremely accommodating and so kind. The hygiene was top notch and so was the food and service. would love to stay again. the breakfast buffet was really good, staff was really helpful and punctual

Acceptable hotel in reasonable location. Food was above average. Good service shown throughout. Receptionist was polite, courteous and extremely helpful, very pleasurable.

ZIBE is a new GRT hotel, I had 10-days very comfortable stay. Excellent staff and very helpful, spacious excellent rooms and testy good food, nice location in Kakinada. I really enjoyed entire duration of stay. I definitely recommend to anyone.

It was great experience during my stay in the hotel. The staff is very co operative and friendly and the room opted by us is very good we had a great experience and stay. The front lobby, house keeping and restaurant staff was very friendly. I suggest this hotel to stay in Kakinada who is looking out for great hospitality and experience!!

Really thoughtful service, accommodated our requests, and beautiful design of rooms. We had come in for a funeral and they made the stay so comfortable even with all the requests for that.
