Svenska Design Hotel, Kakinada

Very nice hotel with excellent food at reasonable prices. They have large spacious rooms, with a huge comfortable bed. Very clean and hygienic and well maintained hotel. Staff is young but very helpful and friendly. Really liked the design of the hotel as well; especially the lobby is very trendy.

Had stayed a few months ago and had a very nice experience. This time again I was not disappointed. In fact, they've raised their game even higher. Excellent food, fantastic service, great staff, and top notch management team. Attended live DJ night event and it was super happening. Also they were running a couple of food festivals, which were great value for money and I tasted the spicy Andhra cuisine.

Previously I had stayed at Svenska Mumbai and tried their Kakinada hotel for the first time. Its a beautiful hotel, brand new, very hygienic and nicely maintained, with very spacious and nicely designed rooms. Lobby level is also very impressive with chic and trendy designs. Tried their Global Buffet and really enjoyed the food, with huge variety, all freshly prepared and served on the table. Highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Clean, efficient, warm, friendly, trendy... these are some of the top adjectives that come to mind to describe this hotel... its very modern and trendy, yet not snooty like some of the new-gen hotels tend to be... staff are very down-to-earth and eager to please... they did beautiful decorations for our wedding anniversary and it didn't even cost 10 quids... they also arranged a romantic candle-lit dinner for us at their rooftop outlet Sky Lounge, which was completely blocked for us and made it a truly memorable evening for us... highly recommend and will be back soon!

I had a stay for two weeks in this hotel. Room was very spacious & damn good. AC, furniture, linen etc were all superb. Next is staff, very very co-operative, I had a fever & in mid of a night, I had requested for some help, they immediately arranged first aid & medicine. Restaurant & food preparation standards are all good. Highly recommended hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel, with huge rooms, fabulous food, friendly staff and great facilities. They really took good care of us and made sure entire family was well looked after and comfortable. Pool is lovely with nice views. It was overall a wonderful experience without hurting the wallet.

10yrs ago I had stayed at Svenska Design Hotel in Mumbai and had a very good experience. So when I found that they now have a hotel in Kakinada where I had to visit for an offshore technical survey project, I selected it over my regular choice GRT. I was not disappointed. In fact, Svenska Kakinada is far more luxurious than not just GRT Grand but even their own Svenska Mumbai. The rooms are HUGE. The facilities are impeccable. Fabulous rooftop swimming pool with a lovely deck for sun bathing. Excellent fitness facilities. They even have a gaming zone with lots of options to chill and enjoy. Took multiple massages at Club Svenska during my stay and really enjoyed them. They offer good quality and reasonably priced food & beverage. Highly recommend as its by far the best hotel that Kakinada has to offer.

Superb food, very delicious buffet. We got 50% discount on special offer. Rooms also very nice and comfortable. Staff is too good. Visit this hotel for great experience. Will be back soon again. Well done and keep it up as Svenska has best hotel in entire East Godavari District!
