Wrost management, I booked room on Oyo platform for Rs 720/-, But the hotel staff collected Rs 900/- from me otherwise they refused to allot room

Hotel manager asked Rs. 500 extra, he told that booking amount is less and not acceptable. Main problem is he did not give receipt. He told that you will get receipt in email but I did not receive any bill but only I got bill for agoda app which does not include Rs. 500 what I paid at hotel. Also, there is no breakfast its misleading.

We had such a bad experience. Firstly, the checkin process is lengthy, it almost took 30 mins for us to get into the room. The beds and bedsheets were not clean. We requested to change but the staff didn't do. Now we are suffering with rashes on the body. Try to avoid this hotel if you can.

I booked it from make my trip in discount but when i went there the first question they asked is "how much did you pay" .? When i said i booked it in discount they immediately said that rooms are not available and were saying that they will provide rooms in a nearby oyo but the cost is 4 times my discount price, luckily make my trip customer service people helped me in finding another stay for the same price. Thanks to make my trip but this property sucks Please don't book your stay here, waste..!

Staff behaviour is not good. I checked in at night 10pm. It seems I should vacate at 12noon. . But next day morning they started calling from 10 am to vacate the room . I literally paid full amount for just 8-9 hours. .that's too bad to bug the customer calling again and again before time and asking to leave when I have atleast 2 hours remaining acoording to their rule. Too bad behaviour by staff. Rooms are ok. You will get a flat type ambience.

Better the hotel should room the name OYO in it as it doesn't accept the online bookings. They just keep it at a lower price to attract the customers later they only say that other oyo booking people paid higher amount please pay. Even the OYO customer service is not helpful. Very bad experience with the family at this OYO Better don't book They directly ask you for 1500/- for each room. In OYO it was showing 500/-

It was really unpleasant experience. The management failure minimum water facility has which we are suffered at mid night lack of water facility. It was not worthy that I'm paid.

Rooms are neat but bathrooms are not AC working conditions are good Maintenance is okay.
