Pathetic!We took premium room and when we checked in, the room was full of smoke and whisky bottles. On a Sunday morning, renovation works and full construction sound disturbed the rest at 7 AM. The room's phone is non functional. The staff are dressed up like goondas and not hospitality industry. Not worth a penny.

The staff who only make excuses and don't return the change. The worst hotel. they are scammers. With staff like this, there are no tourists in AP. Although there are many historical buildings, there are no tourists. If you entertain tourists, they will repeat. They don't understand that at all and are only thinking about the immediate profit. To be honest, I don't even want to give this hotel a 1 star rating. Foreigners should never stay at this hotel.

A very centrally located and clean hotel in Kakinada. The entrance is through an alley and puts one off but the rooms are nicely kept and hygienic. Food and drinks are available and room service is good. Reception is warm. Good for families also but best for single travellers Tariff are very reasonable

We stayed at Treebo Kakinada hotel for 3 days. Since i was traveling with my Mother and Aunts who were senior citizens, i called the hotel in advance to confirm if there was lift facility and availability of food customization option. They responded positively. After our arrival, the staff took good care of us and were very sweet , courteous in their Approach. Newly acquired well maintained property. This was my first ever stay at a Treebo facility and after experiencing their hosting style, i am planning to become their repeat customer.

The terrible service starts off with no water supply in the rooms. They do not even check the room before allotting it. And the water keeps finishing now and then. You cannot even use the washroom before collecting the water,because you never know if there'll be water to flush. On top of it, they'll even tell you that the plumber not coming to service is not their mistake. The complimentary breakfast is for the sake of it. You wait for hours to get it served and funniest part is they don even cater for the no. Of people who have booked. Don't even take the risk of spoiling your trip staying at such a terrible place

Pleasant atmosphere and tasty buffet. Good service. The staff are empathetic and helpful.all restaurant members are helpful epically Miss.Rina ,Hareesh,Shankar was very helpful I must thank.great hospitality and overall experience was great.

Pathetic service. Water was not available in bathroom on arrival. Staff lied on face that someone is working, although no one was attending the issue. They argued that, they informed plumber and cannot take ownership on the issue...They dont know any other language other than telugu. The security guards pester for tips right from check in time...bfast package was incomplete....they said that food was exhausted....got rooms were good...but let down by pathetic service...

Located on the second floor of Meesala raju military hotel.Wide varieties of room are available here..i took the solo room as i was travelling alone.The room was a bit smaller but clean.The washroom the geyser didnt work..the was was small but sufficinet for a single person..located in a good area with all amenities nearby.Good for solo or stay wid frnds
