Location was very good, just beside the road, with a nice walkable neighborhood. Rooms were nice, with double beds & air conditioner. They also provide room cleaning everyday upon request, which is a good thing. This is a nice choice on budget trips to kakinada.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The following is my experience. I selected this place for myself and my colleague for a work related assignment. I checked all the standard reviews and photos of the place and decided it was a good one. however, none of the photos which are displayed either on google or goibibo reviews are representative of the actual conditions of the hotel, a better name would be an overpriced lodge. this hotel, in comparison to what features are offered and to what others offer, perhaps should cost not more than ₹500 instead of the approx ₹1.5k charged presently. some of the pain points are the following, 1. cockroaches in the room 2. water bottles are charged 3. if you took the room with complementary breakfast, they buy food from a nearby cheap shop which is probably worth not more than ₹20. 4. they can manually switch off your AC in your room from their reception 5. bathrooms are clogged 6. people smoke on the corridor and ash trays are provided. 7. if you need hot water, you need to call the reception and they will deliver it in a bucket. no heaters in the room. well, good luck, if you still book this room after reading the whole story.

Worst, Pathetic, Horrible.. First of all, they don't accept check-in for Bookings through OYO and demands extra money to allow check-in. > Rooms are not well maintained.. > Beds condition is not good. >The guy in the reception himself told me not to book his hotel ever, since I demanded him to accept Oyo booking and allow me to check-in. >Never ever pay extra money if you book through OYO or any other platforms, just contact concerned customer care they will provide you a solution. I sincerely recommend not to opt this...

This hotel manger is absolutely terrible . He said never book again our hotel via Oyo . He misbehaved with us and looked at us like we are staying there for free . And hotel room also looks disgusting and Oyo knew this issue very well but still they doesn’t care since they got their commission . And I know even now Oyo will not do anything but I m requesting all the people who wants to book via Oyo not to book and try some other websites

Worst Room Experience till now. 1,Bed sheet smells alot 2,Room also smells alot 3, Without any intimation they have stopped AC in early morning. 4, WORST OF ALL IS - THERE IS BIG RAT COMING from AC AND DISTURBING ALL THE NIGHT. I will post video or photo. please check it.

They are charging more than online bookings through Oyo. They asked me to give almost three times that i paid while booking on Oyo app. At reception they also gave me misleading information that i would not get my money back if i will cancel that booking. There dealings with online booking apps is not clear , so they are cheating customers.

There is no communication between lodge management and this worst OYO. Even hotel management was blaming OYO to be. We couldn’t contact lodge reception on prior to booking, OYO provided contact no was invalid.
